Yes as a mom, I’m totally in agreeance with Alex and his concept of dating. Yes get to know someone before you give each other labels. Smart move! Also his hair looks good :)
Lol I have to explain this to older people all the time. Honestly just jumping right into dating seems so sketchy. Like what if that person is super toxic and you just put yourself in a bad situation. It’s better to get to know them, flirt, and see if after getting to know each other a-little if those feelings are still mutual. I think watching so many relationships like marriage fail as children weather it be our parents or our friends parents, it has just created generations that either Consciously and or subconsciously take a little more caution when it comes to giving away our hearts to someone.
Hallie’s confession made me think it would be a lot of fun to play “2 truths and a lie” where everyone says 3 facts and two are the truth and one is a lie and we have to figure out which is the lie!! At the end of the video or the next video they can reveal what fact was the lie. It would be fun and help us get to know everyone!!
It’s so good to hear that Aurora is being weaned off her medication and so far so good! I grew up with childhood epilepsy and o remember the day I was told my medication was going to be decreased and eventually I wouldn’t need it anymore, and the day I actually was medication free and found I was also seizure free! I wish grand happy healthy things for Aurora’s future!
I am a retired therapist and I would love to have you interview Lucas about how this last year and a half has been for him? He is delightful and seems so happy and at peace now. I’m so glad he and beautiful, smart, Savanah joined your family!!
I just love this family so much. I totally agree with Aaron, I have four kiddos...all grown, but the two youngest are 19 and 20 and I do not get their dating, talking, crushing or what ever they are calling it now. One of my secret confessions is that I can't wait until we can enjoy seeing your three new kiddos without being "blurred". Great video!💜
When we decreased my son's seizure medication we did go through some mood changes for a bit. Hope everyone is well and everything goes great for the rest of your week!
Oh gosh yes! I experienced this myself tbh it changed my mood hard when I stopped I seemed either very angry or very sad. It just depended on that moment to be honest. But glad you said that I didn’t really realize that could be the cause if I took myself off them.

Brody is so grown up!! I'm remember being around his age and watching Infinite. In fact I still currently watch him. Thank you guys for being such an inspiration❤
I’m sorry to hear that Crystal is having such trouble with dairy. I have struggled with digestive diseases my entire life, so (unfortunately) I have a lot of firsthand knowledge about GI issues, including dairy intolerance or allergy. I specifically said dairy intolerance and not lactose intolerance because lactose is just one enzyme in milk products that can be problematic in digestion. First, you should try and determine if it is lactose that is causing the problem. If you want to try a simple test at home, I’d suggest taking a dose of OTC Lactaid as prescribed before eating dairy next. If that solves the issue, then it’s definitely lactose intolerance. (Or drink a glass of Lactaid milk- which is milk with the lactose removed.) If you still get sick after the lactose component has been covered, then there may be another component in the milk that is problematic for your system; and, if that’s the case, there are plenty of nondairy milk alternatives out there now to chose from. I’d highly suggest almond, soy or oat milk, depending on your specific taste. Of course you can be tested at an actual hospital through various medical tests, too, especially if you continuing having distress. Definitely bring it up to your general practitioner the next time you talk with him or her. They should be made aware of the change so they can take note of it and monitor it in conjunction with your overall health. I have a pretty severe case of IBSD, so I truly empathize with anyone struggling with digestive health. I know the daily battle, unfortunately, in various ways. I hope you get some relief and my long winded advice possibly helps point you in the right direction or at least make you feel less alone. Best of luck and health, to you & your lovely family.
This is so accurate. I’m sensitive to a lot of different things and have bad IBS and I’m being tested for both types of IBD now because it’s worse than most peoples IBS. I’m gluten sensitive, I’m lactose sensitive (milk with lactose is a major trigger and so is ice cream) but I can eat most other dairy like cheese and sour cream and such, I can’t eat beef and pork often anymore, most beans are triggers, lettuce, some condiments, apples, oranges, melons, a bunch of nuts (especially soft nuts like cashews and peanuts but almonds do too) , peanut butter, corn, asparagus, and so much more. It costs so much more for groceries now so I simply eat less and I’ve lost weight because I eat less to make it last longer so I don’t have to eat foods that trigger me because no one else in my house eats my food. My mom drinks the same milk but we keep it separate because I have to have enough to cook with it and she’ll use regular milk to cook so I have my own stash of it 😂😂😂🙄🙄🙄
@@lainiecalhoun-bouchey9561 After my mom had my little brother or some time after , she started having problems with milk and some dairy as well. @@Chelagm thanks! It’s the difference between sensitivity and intolerance or a sensitivity or an allergy. That’s likely just a sensitivity to lactose. Most people just assume if they can have any dairy they can’t have any problems but you can it’s just a matter of how bad

Hey my son is growing out his hair and its curly. Tell alex to get marc anthony strictly curls. Thats what my son uses we have the curl defining lotion and the curl enhancing styling foam. It works wonders on his hair.
I love the way Alex long hair looks like. My cousin is in the same boat where his mom is constantly telling him to cut it. Crystal: It is pretty common to get lactose intolerant later in life! I got it when I was like 20, my brother when he was 24... it simply means the enzyme processing milk in your body is used. No other living species drinks milk as adults, especially from another species. It's kinda a gene defect to be able to process as an adult. So nothing special. So how did I cope? In the first years I switched to lactose free dairy products (at least where I live there is a huge variety availible, also a lot of harder cheeses are naturally lactose free, you can check this in the nutrition facts if sugares are 0) and nowadays I almost completely changed to plant based alternatives. I am now 31 and I don't see it as any limitation in my diet. Also you can get the enzyme lactase as pills and I even carry a small key chain pill box on my keys so whenever I am somewhere I just simply throw in a pill and I'm good to go.
Loved the secret confessions, great video. Feel Better soon, Crystal! I hope Auroura not taking her seizure meds will work out and that her seizures will go away.
hey, guys! I was wondering what each of your guys’ comfort things are? like comfort foods, movies, books (maybe, i know some people don’t like to read), songs, etc. love you guys so much and wish i could have such a loving household like yours while i was going through so many dark times ❤️ such a beautiful, growing family!
Crystal -!it is very common to develop lactose intolerance as you reach a certain age. There is a lactose-free milk (and ice cream!) available called Lactaid. It tastes the same as the regular stuff. There are also Lactaid pills you can take just before you eat a milk product.
Lucas, you made me feel better about myself.I too like to organize and separate candy, rubber bands anything into baggies. It is neater and easier to grab it.🤣🥰
Crystal, try lactose free milk and low lactose cheeses. Lactaid milk and Fairlife milk are really good and cheeses like Parmesan, cheddar and guda are low in lactose. I’m lactose intolerant and those tend to be fine with me. They also have non dairy options like almond and oat milk etc. but they take some time to get used to, taste wise. Fairlife chocolate milk is amazing! There’s also lots of lactose free ice creams now (lactaid, bryers)
Same here Crystal! I feel like I started becoming lactose intolerant, especially after catching covid a few months ago. Agree with Alex tho, it's best to get to know someone first before dating. 👍
I wish I had such a big family!! I’m 46 years old and live with my 70 years old Parents!!! My 40 year old Sister and her family live next door and have been sucking us dry the past 20 years or so……I wish y’all nothing but the best!!!!
Crystal, there are so many other types of non-dairy milk‘s that taste great, such as oat milk, rice milk, soy milk, almond milk and coconut milk. They might taste a little different at first but once you get used to it you’ll probably like it more then cow milk.
Alex I love your beautiful hair Long! But getting it out of your face that would be awesome because you do have a handsome face! You do not have a big head. I love Crystal and Aaron even if it might bother you a bit you are supportive of his choice. Hair is hair and there are other battles that are more important to fight in life. My son went through a phase that he had hair pretty long to his shoulders for a long time. He finally chose for himself to get a short hair cut and it was awesome too. You are all awesome Crazy Pieces family!
That's awesome about Aurora and her meds for seizures. If you can pray we figure out my seizures my meds stop working and been having them again everyday
Aww I feel like Alex's hair is reflective of his life right now, not sure where it's going or what the plan is. It's ok though, some kids need a little more time in the nest to fully grow up. I have a feeling that as soon as he matures he'll cut his "security blanket" hair.
Over the last couple of years I have started getting so sick from anything with lactose or dairy in it so I feel your pain Crystal. Keep an eye on labels things have milk in them that you would never expect. I love the secret confessions. Was really fun. Good luck Aurora. Fingers crossed and prayers sent baby girl. Alex should get a perm again, maybe would make his hair a little less scrapy looking.
I’m totally in agreement with Aaron when he said to Alex he doesn’t understand this “new” dating process 😂😂 …… I had the same conversation with my daughter today !! In my day you were either dating or not 😂😂🥰 xx
Getting to know someone before dating. Think of it as when you were in school but liked a boy you didn't know. How did you go about getting to know him? You speak a few words, up to until you are comfortable with him enough to know they are a person you'd want to go out with on a date. Then you date and see where it goes.
Yes! Yes you can develop lactose intolerance. The vast majority of people have the ability to produce lactase, which is an enzyme that our intestines produce to break down lactose, which is a sugar that is part of milk, so when our lactase levels are very low, we cannot digest it. So it continues its way through the intestine until it reaches the colon and there it interacts with our bacteria and causes these symptoms. It is common that we have more problems digesting dairy products in adulthood due to low lactase production. It is okay, but you can consult with your doctor, they can help you and answer all your questions. I hope you are doing better and you can enjoy all your favorites dairy products🧡🧡🧡 I am so happy to hear the kids talking about love, it is so cute, I wish them the best, just enjoy life and care about others feelings🧡
Halie: Maybe try a drawstring cotton/poly/knit skirt. It would be sweatpant type material, but a little more 'put-together.' Hannah: Try also taking detailed pictures of plants, flowers, etc. Take focus off of yourself, but still engage your eye for detail. Lucas: Has he thought more about sharing how he felt about being adopted, etc? Thanks for including (blurred) footage of fosters. (Is it too much to ask if there is a reunification plan, and they are with you for a little while? Or cleared for adoption?) 'Emma': I also like ranch dressing! In regards to Aurora: I hope you are seeking dr's advice in titratng her medication dosage. Melinda: Married already? Why the secrecy, esp. after videos of venues and dress shopping?? Does the person with tatoo have regret on how it was done?

So sorry to hear about your lactose intolerance, but yes it is totally possible to get it randomly, 3 years ago I found out I was totally allergic to all dairy products. almond is so good and a great dairy free milk choice.
Nah Alex's eyes, or honestly any brown eyes. They are stunning. I just love how rich brown eyes are. I have a super light/opal blue eyes. I love my eyes but brown eyes are just as stunning. People with brown eyes are so beautiful. Sometimes I think some people don't truly understand just how stunning brown eyes are. ❤
My dad and I are the only brown eyed people in my family... he passed last year so now just me and my 2 kids they are mixed so I was certain they'd have brown, theirs ate a deep brown like mine were as a child. Now I'd classify mine as Green Hazel and as an adult I love brown eyes (probably has to do with my kids gorgeous eyes) but as a kid i hated my eyes.

As a stay at home mom. You guys make me company when i always watch you guys! 🤣🥲🥲
I'm with you Hallie!!! Sweat pants all the way!! Max, I love driving too!!❤🇨🇦❤🇨🇦❤
Lucas, you made me feel better about myself.I too like to organize and separate candy, rubber bands anything into baggies.
Some juicy confessions lol. You know this is a great family when their confessions are like these. Much love to you and your family.
Love how all y’all kids confesses all there secret and not being shy on camera and have the guts to tell there secret in front the camera

Aww I feel like Alex's hair is reflective of his life right now, not sure where it's going or what the plan is. It's ok though, some kids need a little more time in the nest to fully grow up. I have a feeling that as soon as he matures he'll cut his "security blanket" hair.
Awesome we’re hearing from Aaron as well as from the kids .
Yessss, Alex let it growww! He kinda has curly hair, it's not messy, it just has more volume! 💛
You are all amazing and I can't get enough of u.. Cant wait to see all the new kids faces!! I would love to meet you all in person.
Also I love milk so much too. But I can't drink it anymore cuz I get so sick.
I love this, Jamie seems so happy.
I hope you are doing better and you can enjoy all your favorites dairy products🧡🧡🧡
I am so happy to hear the kids talking about love, it is so cute, I wish them the best, just enjoy life and care about others feelings🧡
Lucas is really maturing so much. It's amazing how love help a young boy become a handsome teen. Keep love these kids.
I'm just so glad that Jamie is back! I know it's not news, but like I'm just so happy for her to be back with her whole family and Aurora.
Halie: Maybe try a drawstring cotton/poly/knit skirt. It would be sweatpant type material, but a little more 'put-together.'
Hannah: Try also taking detailed pictures of plants, flowers, etc. Take focus off of yourself, but still engage your eye for detail.
Lucas: Has he thought more about sharing how he felt about being adopted, etc?
Thanks for including (blurred) footage of fosters. (Is it too much to ask if there is a reunification plan, and they are with you for a little while? Or cleared for adoption?)
'Emma': I also like ranch dressing!
In regards to Aurora: I hope you are seeking dr's advice in titratng her medication dosage.
Melinda: Married already? Why the secrecy, esp. after videos of venues and dress shopping??
Does the person with tatoo have regret on how it was done?
Wow, by the end of that I was half expecting you to ask if their cycles have synced.
Yay a new video from my favorite TH-cam family let’s go I can’t wait to watch I am so excited I love watching y’all videos and I am early it was so awesome to hear bob and chez secret confession that was really interesting I am with Emma on the chicken strips and ranch I love chicken strips and ranch can’t wait to meet them I am so excited for their adoption definitely can’t wait for that video and for them to finally become a Pettit
Omg Alex..the move with the uncovering of your eye!!😅
And Crystal no worries, if you are lactose there are a TON of alternatives out now. A lot of the options taste better honestly!
So sorry to hear about your lactose intolerance, but yes it is totally possible to get it randomly, 3 years ago I found out I was totally allergic to all dairy products. almond is so good and a great dairy free milk choice.
Yes Halie, Sunsets are everything!! I am so obsessed!! 🧡💛❤
Love Alex's longer hair. It looks great.
I actually love Alex’s long hair! Let him keep it that way hahaha
I love Alex's hair..
Jake and that smile and dimples…..such a handsome young man
Alex: let you hair grow. Pull it back and tie it. It’s the thing now! lol
Try Fairlife Lactose Free Chocolate Milk. My hubby has also developed a sensitivity to milk. This tastes great and doesn't cause any tummy upset.
I’m lactose intolerant too and Lactaid dairy relief have been a lifesaver for me ! Maybe this can help you out too love your channel btw
Bob the builder is so cute😆 the way he says "you didnt ask me that questions" So cute💜💜
It makes me SO happy to see Hallie SO happy
I am so happy for you guys tying to less Aurora medication! good luck
Crystal switch to either almond, soya or oat milk, definitely delicious
Love y’all, y’all are amazing, give everyone a hugs .
Honestly, Alex's hair fits him so well. A headband would be great to push the hair away from his face 😊
I think it’s because 90% people have brown eyes, blue eyes are 8%, and green eyes are 2%. People always want what they can’t have. Lol
I agree !!! I have hazel green eyes and my husband and kids all have brown and I love them so much !!!
Hey Crystal, for those annoying bathroom fans, install a timer switch on them. We have a switch that turns them on for 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes and then they automatically shut off. They're a brilliant solution to your problem! Love your family!
Hallie that’s so cute! Your happiness makes me so happy! :) :)
Jake is getting cuter by the day. I became lactose intolerant in my 40’s. And Alex definitely needs a haircut today 😂😂😂😂
