Hi there, Liron here! Today I'll show you why you get undesired effects in watercolor, such as hard edges, cauliflowers etc...
This has mostly to do with:
- Water
- Timing
- Paper
I hope you find this useful!

Exactly why I support Liron, such an excellent teacher 😊!
Oh thank you so so much 🙏😊
@@LironYan my pleasure 😇!
Absolutely true! When I first started learning to use watercolor, the nuances of paint to water ratio were very challenging. This is also why it's important to use 100% cotton watercolor paper. If your paper is too light, or if it's a pulp paper, you can end up fighting with your tools rather than working with them/them working with you.
What a fantastic explanation! Thanks, Liron. Hope you and your family are doing well. And, I loved hearing your dog! 😊
Thank you 🙏😊 Ruth says hi and thanks as well! 🐶

one of my favourite parts about liron (despite his amazing teaching skills) is he's never shy to call his own work "beautiful". 😄
Oh thank you 🙏😊 If I think it's beautiful - I'll definitely say so!
I like to spritz myself with the water bottle too sometimes 😂
Haha I won't lie, I did it at least once or twice when the weather was too hot 😂
@@LironYan it's refreshing! and you become connected to the painting even more in a way 😂
My favourite topic, by you!

Это конечно все правда,но мы наверное должны уметь бороться с материалом,во к примеру вы попали в каменный век,а рисовать так хочется,будете рисовать всем что под руку попадётся...
Clear as mud.
