My two best friends in high school and I would play the original F-Zero religiously, breaking each other's records and talking trash to each other. They're both gone now, passed away within a few years of each other, and all I can think as I watch this is how much all of us would have LOVED playing this. Rest in peace, Lee and Nigel.
Also played this in the early 90s, and with friends who passed away one after the other. They would've loved this.
Why did they pass away?

Luke's Croft Academy could be viable now that the original trilogy is being remastered for various platforms... just a thought. I just realized the sparks and sky road area brilliant come-back mechanic, because sparks come from racers bumping into each other, so the first and second place people can't pick any up. Maybe not even 3rd.
I had an idea for a potential future list video. Seven great hub worlds like Majula from Dark Souls 2. It's an island surrounded by the ocean with the sun setting in the background and the music that's playing is really calming.
I hope that this stays alive for longer than pacman 99. It's super fun. They should add new remix courses or something as I assume they're pretty easy to make.

Omg the bit where Ellen said she never played the original Tomb Raider sequentially as a kid bc it stressed her out and she spent most of her playtime in the Ctoft Manor is also how I played the game as a kid. My sister and I played the Croft Manor level like it was the Sims lol
This reminds me of Fall Guys.. where it doesn't really matter how well you're doing, there's so many people you won't ever really do great, or if you're in first, it doesn't last long
