I love this. I was looking for the last week a good how to measure your head..... I believe Ruroc helmets padding can be opened and a layer removed to help with fit, is this correct? If so I wish you would have added that to this video

Mido 54cm y la S me está demasiado pequeña , el problema de estos cascos es que son mas pequeños de la medida que dicen , además otro punto a tener en cuenta , en todo en mi caso con los 3.0 es que el forro de esponja no es muy grueso y eso a mi me provoca incomodidas en trayectos largos a diferencia del rpha 11

So you showed what to measure for head shape but at no piont explained what to do with those measurements?? How do those measurements translate into long oval, intermediate oval or round?? Also you were moving your head while doing the movement tests which would give a incorrect result.

Same ^ I got the same question I did those measurements at no point was it explained how those measurements equal which shape. Now I just numbers still don’t know what shape I am

I have a question regarding the size, as I measured my head following the instructions but the helmet didn't fit me. The issue is to know if I need to request the next size or if I would need to go two sizes up.

Hey Enrique! A good way of deciding whether to go up one size or two would be by using your current helmet as a reference. Can you get the helmet on at all? If definitely not, then maybe two sizes up would be best. If your current helmet just fits on (but is way too tight), then one size up would probably work.

I just ordered a helmet... still have the feeling that it will be the wrong size. I will measure again to be sure and possibly correct the order.
Is it actually still so that the Styrofoam looks out at the forehead or has that been corrected in the meantime?

Did you end up changing the size on your order? I tried to change to a larger size right after I placed my order, after I read some reviews. They told me they couldn’t change anything after the order is placed! Even though I literally just ordered it and it hasn’t shipped yet.
