So if you usually wear a size, then from player version you should order one size bigger if you're not slim fit. Fan version is the same as any other shirt you buy

Definitely the player version is better. It has a more comfortable material, and is better especially if you plan playing football in it.

No. Every jersey is 100% Polyester. Football jerseys are not Cotton.
