Glad youre making content again. Your older tutorials really helped me get started painting. For example, way you make your waterfall "tool" is different than the other half dozen painters I've watched. That little extra effort makes a much more natural looking waterfall. Thanks for the help.

I don't know if I've said this before, but your tutorials are the best. Thank you for actually explaining how to do things instead of just doing it quickly and thinking that is instruction.

That was the problem I remember having so I hope to provide better instruction for people that want to learn the technique. Let me know if there’s anything you’re having trouble with.

Hey ash, I agree with the others on here, it's awesome to see you back and doing tutorials again and also like others it was watching you that got me into spray art. I finally managed to get some bounty napkins sent to new Zealand cause I tried different napkins as we don't have bounty here and I needed to see what the difference was. I totally understand now and we definitely don't have anything like them here. You would think I'm crazy if I told you how much I paid to get them here, 😂 but it was a means to an end. Good to see you back and keep the tutorials coming..

That’s crazy how far out of your way you had to go to get bounty napkins lol they really do make a difference with that extra thickness, imo. Glad to see you’re still into it and yea, I’m finally back lol

Hey Ash, love your work and tips man. Should I clean the can nozzles by dipping them in acetone and water and what about the brushes when they harden. Same method? I also think I am going to sweitch to using more krylon than montana gold since montana gold is so dang expensive.

I def recommend keeping the nozzles clean. Especially on the inside. You can get a Montana can of acetone to put your caps on and spray to help clean out the inside, but soaking them should be fine too. If you use brushes with spray paint then you’ll def need to wash them out in acetone. The Montanas are def expensive, but krylon paint seems so thinned down these days that I’d suggest you all keep Montana on hand for the later stages and maybe use krylon for laying in your planet/ ground textures and things. You just can’t beat the richness of color and pigment in Montanas or other related paints

@@AshSchultzArt I wanted to send a few painting I've done. You are part of the reason why I got interested in spray painting in the first place.

Can you use this method for clouds? Thanks

I don’t recommend it just because how textured they look, but you can always experiment and see how it works for your painting.
