A grey dull summers morning at Manchester Airport on Tuesday 25th July 2017. Start of the school summer holidays meant for one of the busiest weeks of the year for flying. Lots of holiday flights and charter airlines around, as well as the regulars.
This footage was taken between 06:30 & 10:30, the duration of Manchester's second runway, 23L being open for the morning before it closes.
INCLUDES: Emirates A380, Etihad 777, Thomson 757, 767 & 787's, Jet2 A330, 757's & A321, Thomas Cook A320, A321's & A330's, United 757, Monarch A320's & A321's, British Airways, Enter Air, BMI regional, ASL Airlines, Lufthansa, EasyJet and plenty more!
Looking at the weather you'd struggle to believe it was the middle of summer. It wasn't cold, just very humid and misty. Luckily in the afternoon the sun did make its way through and it got quite hot.

sarcasticmcgeek south side it's brilliant google Airport inn Manchester airport off Wilmslow Road. There is a path that runs the full length of Runway 23L/05R best time is between 0600-1030

It's leased for this summer and next summer off Air tanker. Doing popular routes from Manchester Rhodes,Tenerife etc. I'm on it to Rhodes in September can't wait.

Wait how does that work? EK22 was a Boeing 777-300ER when I went to Dubai in 2015 now it's an Airbus a380-800? How does that work?
2015 was 2 years ago. What do you mean how does it work? Its been changed to an A380.
