BEAUTIFUL! Planespotting at ZAKYNTHOS AIRPORT, ZTH (Zante) - September 2024

During my recent week long visit to the beautiful Greek Island of Zakynthos I managed to stop by at a few different locations around the airport to do a bit of spotting.
The first half of the video was filmed on Friday 20th September. The weather wasn't particularly great so decided to spend some time filming, instead of on the beach. On this day it includes action from RWY34. Arrivals passing low overhead & departures taxiing head on and turning around before take off. Lots of waving pilots too. Look out for them.
Then the second half was mostly filmed on Tuesday 24th September. With changeable wind direction meaning the runway ops changed directions.
Lots of different shots and different filming locations and some beautiful close ups & head on shots as well.
All flight data added on screen taken using flightradar24 on the day of recording.

I actually went to Zakynthos in August 2022 On holiday a great place to visit But the best thing was the hotel That's how I was staying in was really good because it had a flight path which the planes were flying pretty low
