5. Musi rejuvenation project.

South is my first bet now because of upcoming 12 lane Bangalore and Hyderabad expressway ....also connectivity to big towns like Shadnagar Mahabubnagar and Rayalaseema

Rajendranagar Budvel will be next Jubleehills . South hyderabad will be next West hyderabad dam sure
The Mumbai highway is the best place to invest..that too after Sangareddy near RRR
