I think a lot of the defensive players that we got in free agency worked out so well, not because of kwesi; but because of Flores. We lose him and you will see some of these free agent pick ups not work as well. Flores is more of the master mind than kwesi with the defensive players
Flores is definitely a key cog, but it's not impossible to find other good d coordinators if Flores walks for a HC spot. Obviously I'd love if they could keep him. The biggest difference, to me, is the fact that this is the first time since we switched to a 3-4 defense that we actually have players who fit in the system. Hunter for example, is a way better fit for a 4-3 than a 3-4.

I think a lot of the defensive players that we got in free agency worked out so well, not because of kwesi; but because of Flores. We lose him and you will see some of these free agent pick ups not work as well. Flores is more of the master mind than kwesi with the defensive players
Flores is definitely a key cog, but it's not impossible to find other good d coordinators if Flores walks for a HC spot. Obviously I'd love if they could keep him. The biggest difference, to me, is the fact that this is the first time since we switched to a 3-4 defense that we actually have players who fit in the system. Hunter for example, is a way better fit for a 4-3 than a 3-4.
