Lies is one of their earliest videos, you can tell how the quality has evolved to being like the current YG’s MVs, in terms of how much money YG is willing to spend for an MV to make it high tier quality, I mean just look at treasure’s MV. But the MV itself is actually pretty creative compared to the other K-pop MV during that time, not to mention the lyric+musicality, of course most of the credit goes to GD, composer and writer of the song.

Actually, sometimes I think lies mv inspired a kdrama named "nice guy" in 2012, because the story starts "one nice guy take the fall for the woman he loves who killed a man who assaulted her. " But the story of this drama is a lot more than the start so , if you have the opportunity to see it, it's with Song Joong Ki and Moon Chae-Won, and it's intense I would say, and personally I love it, and saw it multiples times.
