A Yandere Shadow? Oftentimes your shadow can be larger than you so this is a fitting interpretation of that. Even more so that it’s the girl the listener likes only to an insane degree which again just shows off the wide range you can go with Yandere’s as well as Vanilla’s range ^_^
That bit in the description of “Happy Ending? Depends on who you ask.” had me convinced this was gonna end with either the listener betraying their gf and choosing the shadow or that the gf was gonna fuse with her shadow and she would end up being somewhere in between the two personality-wise afterward. (And those closing lines had me MAD suspicious for a moment that that was the case.) But I’m happy it turned out the way it did. Incredible work on this. Had me on the edge of my seat from start to finish.
Well, this takes the idea of "We should see other people" in a very different direction.🤷♂️ For fun, I'll mention the animated special Fairies from the '80s. The crisis was somewhat similar. Except it was the fairy king who gave life to his shadow, apparently out of boredom. Then he had the idea to give it autonomy as well. It did not go well. Wonderful video, thank you.👏👍👋
