Thanks for the lyrics breakdown which is something very few reactors do. Miku Kobato writes most of the lyrics to their songs and is an exceptionally good lyricist. It seems like she continually searches for ways to combine Japanese and English idioms and common cultural sayings and words in unique ways to convey special meanings to the themes of her song. Miku's ability to match her lyrics to the musical score written by lead guitarist Kanami Tono results in catchy rhymical phrases and is quite enjoyable.
No problem 😊 I always try to breakdown lyrics as much as possible so you guys can possibly catch something that you may of missed

"Choose Me" -- a song featured in the Netflix original movie "KATE" as BAND MAID, has so many great RnR chops, it's kinda unbelievable. From Saiki's old-school phrasing, cadence and a super soulful vocal at the end; MISA's driving bass, her special riff after Kanami's brilliant, rocking main solo (complete with harmonic pinch), and her pulls at the end of the song that really funks it up with Akane's drumming; to Kanami's original composition, off-beat octave stretches during the verses, and her addition of a second uncomplicated yet super tasty solo; to Akane's unique snare & tom flurry that launches the choruses; and to Miku's octave-down, in & out vocal backup and lyrics... all makes "Choose Me" a throwback rocker that surprised me when I first heard it - and I'll bet most anyone - that they would come up with this western-style, rock 'n roll classic.
Of course, after years later, it's not surprising at all coming from this important band of geniuses who are almost single-handedly bringing back the joys and soulfulness of rock for people from all places and ages to hear. Great! As you're a rapper you should check Saiki's little rap in the awesome 'Influencer'...wicked MV too...location/drone camera smart AF. Still my favourite song from them is 'Dice' and the studio MV sound is the absolute s**t ('Blooming' goes a step further too). I see you do a bit of Kpop...have you had a scan at Dreamcatcher...stuff like 'Scream', 'Boca', 'Odd Eye' (a trilogy set I think)...next level whole-production quality. And Dami's rapping should tickle ya eardrums.
