- In this video I'll be fitting a 4.5 inch down pipe on the M140i it turned out to be a difficult job when its meant to be very easy...here's why.

Sounds well, I ran a BCS 4.5" on mine with long res delete and MPE, sounded similar to this and the cold start could wake the dead 😅 when i swapped the backbox back to standard when selling up it still sounded as good without MPE.
Yep that’s right cold start was unreal I had to turn it off, and Thnks thats good to hear the standard back box is good😁👍🏻

What diffuser is that? And how’s the fitment? Seems many don’t fit particularly well
I run vrsf sports cat on to a Remus catback, it sounds perfect imo
Resonated or non res Remus catback? Mine is non res but can’t really have it much louder
What had been done with this? Only downpipe or downpipe custom catback exhaust?
What’s this set up like while cruising on the motorway? Droning and annoying or quiet?
Just fitted a sports cat on mine and now I have a drivetrain fault message. Do you need to map anything out? My standard cat had a little pipe on it that went to some sort of sensor and the new one doesn't have that little pipe/tube.
How did you turn down the cold start?

Is it livable on comfort and eco with the valve shut driving normally. As i have the same set up as yours. Just debating on putting downpipe.

I fitted a BCS 100cel cat on my M135i and I mapped the cold start out , it was like an earthquake starting up with it left on 🙉👍

what downpipe, for my straightpiped exhaust with stock oem backbox should i choose?

Hey mate did you have any issues with fitment using this down pipe
The down pipe is straight forward if no one has been down that area before unfortunately for me the previous owner over done the clamp on the down pipe and made it a big job
That a williams down pipe by any chance?
