    For those of you wondering, you can get turn by turn directions in the HUD. Just go into the HUD settings and have have it display navigation

    same Touring Owner. Love the car but little about meh... is that 1.5 turbo T.T... comsumes lots of gas on freeway with 77~90mph.
    and agree with you sometime in super low speed when engine kicks in sound seems little loud but still no shaking feeling on car and handle, so I am fine with it. and over all I love it!! (wish it was little cheaper xD but still I don't regret!)

    The one feature that is missing that I wish they had, is the CAMERA 360!!! Honda pilot elite and trailsport trims have that feature. I wish they could put it in the accord!! Come on honda, why would u leave it out on ur gorgeous premium looking sedan??

      If that was in the accord I’d be a very happy person haha

    Hey! Thanks for these videos; they’re super helpful! I have a 9th gen V6 but am now interested in something quieter and more refined. So ideally, something as quiet as possible and with a good sound system.
    I know you mentioned that the road noise was minimal; would you say the engine noise is always noticeable/intrusive, or only when you get on the gas?
    Any complains about the Bose sound system?
    I’m hoping for a smooth highway cruiser but am not sure what to choose between this vs. a Civic touring vs. a used Acura/Lexus/etc.

      Hey! Appreciate you watching and being engaged, thanks a lot!
      I also had a 9th gen ex inline4 I switched from . So not as powerful as your V6 there🥲. But that being said, you’ll still notice a very refined smooth ride in the 11th gen. If you go for Sport Sport-L or Touring you’ll be riding on 19inches as opposed to 17inches, so that makes a difference plus struts are Mac Pherson so the shocks absorption is so much better than 9th gen.
      As for the quietness, over all it’s a quiet car but engine does kick in when it automatically switches to gas. And you also hear the E-CVT when you floor on the highway to merge, but it does it quicker than our 9th gens especially in Sport mode. Otherwise creepy quiet overall. Also, when reversing then it’s like a dancing queen for everyone outside 😂 and that’s a safety feature really. It’s this weird chime Honda has in its hybrids.
      Nope, no complaints on Bose. In fact, that’s my highlight of the infotainment otherwise nothing is like a “wow factor”. The 2 things I like about the infotainment system is Bose and wireless CarPlay because us having the 9th gen, CarPlay was only wired.
      Since I’ve had accords, I’ve never been able to pull a trigger on a civic because I feel like I’m stripping myself away from some options haha but I’ve still always loved civics for what they are.
      If you’re wanting to go for a used Lexus like let’s say 2015-2019 IS350 falling in the range of $30-$45k mileage and condition depending you’re gonna have fun driving it but lose on some of the tech features compared to your 9th gen accord let alone 11th. When I test drove the 2023 IS350 F sport, I felt I sat in a car from 2014 because on the inside it’s still is that 2015-16 generation and they only resigned the outside. And back when I was shopping IS350 was the only NA engine true 3.5L V6 (6 speed auto) and everything else was 2.0 turbo like the BMW 330i, Genesis G70. I would advice against a used Acura be it TLX or ILX simply because a brand new accord or civic will have more future proofing in terms of tech stack than used TLX or ILX of like 2020 let’s say, but driving dynamics will differ. It’s always a give n take somehow to be honest.
      Honestly, it comes down to 1. Do you want a brand new car or pay roughly the same price for a premium one but be it used? 2. Drive something that gives you a little more fun in its dynamics but strips away features such as wireless CarPlay, heads-up display, etc etc. 3. And then if you’re financing then used Lexus will most likely have a higher interest rate than a new accord or civic. Reliability is solid regardless.
      My suggestion is you decide based on what’s important to you in your daily driver comparing it to what you like and
      dislike about your 9th gen accord.
      Lmk what car you end up going with!

      @@Cartalks100 Thanks so much for your super detailed response!!! I won't be buying for over a year, haha, but I'll try to come back and comment if I remember. Right now the new Accord is my favorite. I'm hoping to snag it used for a little less, but it doesn't look like I'll save much with the market being what it is...

    I have this car and love it. The only thing I don’t like is the low profile tires on the touring. I live in a area where it’s a lot of jacked up roads so I need to be very careful how I drive because low pros are prone to damage from pot holes than regular tires. Other than that the car is quite and has a ton of features.

      I do agree with you! I’m an avid pot hole avoider so it always drops my heart if I do accidentally hit one

    Does the Sport model have the GPS near the speedometer as well?

    • @Cartalks100
      @Cartalks100  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Nope, that feature is only in touring because of Google Assistant built in.

    My usage has regular cruises at 140kmph, which engine would you recommend the 1.5t or the hybrid.

    • @Cartalks100
      @Cartalks100  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Just go hybrid tbh. I’m not a huge fan of smaller turbo engines. Turbos always require extra care.

      @@Cartalks100 how does the 1.5t maintenance cost compare to the battery replacements costs down the long run. As the batter is a major component of the engine in the hybrid.

      @@TAKtareen from my POV I honestly don’t like to keep any new car for more than 7-8 years. That’s when I average around 100k on it from my past 3 brand new cars I’ve kept since high school basically. Once my car gets closer to 100k I’m like ok I’ve driven this thing enough to now want something new haha. Sooo to your point the hybrid battery warranty is 100k/8 years and I’ll probably get rid of this by then so that wasn’t part of my decisions. But if you’re planning on that it’d be best to ask a mechanic so you get a more satisfactory and concrete answer. You know what I mean?

      @@Cartalks100 makes sense I was considering how it would eat into the resale value. Anyways I’m planning to go ahead with the car, trying to make sense of the weird trims and their features of the accord.

    • @Cartalks100
      @Cartalks100  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@TAKtareen lol fair enough but why are you worried about the resale that much, Honda and Toyota are historically known for retaining that. These cars or brands target buyers far and wide, you’ll always get a decent value back as long as you don’t sell it in the first year or so.
