    Hello, thanks for uploading the videos, has helped me a lot for planning. I have booked vietjetair for my journey from mumbai to Bali round trip, it has the same pnr. Should we carry vnd separately? Also do they have web checkin ? If I do not choose a seat while booking do I have to compulsorily pay to choose ?

    • @soulifiedforever
      @soulifiedforever  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You did not mention that you are going to bali from mumbai via vietnam. But you did mention about vietnamese dong. So I am assuming that you are having a connecting flight from vietnam. With same PNR you shall not be having any issue of visa. What I noticed was that web check in did not work properly for vietjet. Seat booking was also a trouble. It is better to book online before hand rather than carrying vnd for the same.

      @@soulifiedforever - Hi, I am travelling to Bali next week and just realised that AirAsia doesn't transit my checked in baggage. In this case, should I exit, collect bag and pass immigration? If yes, should I be filling out the MDAC? The form has the mandatory fields to enter stay details in Malaysia which we don't have, so how do I fill? Also, is there a fare for this MDAC? Appreciate your help.

    Hey , i am an Indian citizen travelling from uk to bali with etihad and batik air . I have a 3 hour layover at kuala lumpur airport where i will not be changing the airport as my batik air flight is also from KLIA 1 only , but the only confusion is i have 2 PNR ( one pnr till malaysia and other one from Malaysia to bali )
    Do i need transit oe E visa for that ?

    • @soulifiedforever
      @soulifiedforever  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Transit visa facility is covered under e-visa which is easily available. Your case mostly inclines towards a need to have e visa since you are an Indian citizen traveling from UK and using 2 different airlines. Your airlines shall not transfer your baggage between themselves thus you shall have a need to go through Immigration during re check in of baggage.
      Even at UK you might be asked for visa

The flight from Hyderabad to Kuala Lumpur is on AirAsia and from Kuala Lumpur to Taipei City, Taiwan is on AirAsia X. The layover at Kuala Lumpur is only for 3 hours 15 minutes. So do I need transit visa and also will AirAsia check in my baggage till Taiwan?

      Your flight is of same parent company in the end. You shall not face any issue whatsover. It is very easy for you to simply call air asia and confirm. Most probably you do not need to worry at all.

    If we have 2 pnr .. travelling from india to bali via kuala Lumpur... Do we need a transit visa or a normal visa
    Need a link for transit visa?
    Our layover is for 3hrs.... If we need to make a visa (not transit visa)... It is asking for accomodation in bali... We need agaon to book a accomodation or what

    • @soulifiedforever
      @soulifiedforever  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you have 2 different pnr that usually means that you have flight from 2 different airlines. In such a case you require to collect baggage from one airline and check it in again. Thus you go through Immigration and for that you need a visa. I would recommend that you go through the comment chain of surbhi natani which is pinned in this video: th-cam.com/video/AgufP1SXH5o/w-d-xo.htmlsi=sIcesN-Q6NlP24LW
      She had a similar case and dealt with it. Also, for 3 hours layover you do not need any visa if you have same pnr or airlines but this is not your case. Anyway, in case you do need to apply for visa then go for e-visa as suggested by Malaysian embassy itself. Call them. They are quick to respond.

It is flight Ngurai Rai Bali To HA Noi 1hr 55 minut layover so do I need transit visa on arrival? please Reply.

      It sounds like you do not need an e-visa but you must be having check in baggage and your airlines from india to lanka and lanka to malaysia and then malaysia to indonesia might be different. They may not shift your baggage by themselves in next flights and might ask you to collect and check in again for next flight for which you shall be required to cross immigration. You will definitely be needing a visa then. So pls confirm with your airlines first. Same with the return journey.

      You do not have a check in baggage but if your airlines are different, the company of first leg of joourney may ask you to have an e-visa to show them. That is because you will need a different boarding pass for second flight and might require for you to go through Immigration. This is not fixed though. It is better to confirm with first airlines and then base your decision.

    • @soulifiedforever
      @soulifiedforever  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      22 hours layover might still work for you without having a visa. But usually people don't stay within the airport premises for this much time. In case you leave the airport then definitely you shall be needing a visa. But for your visa free layover at KLIA-2, you still need to read the rules on the Malaysian Embassy sites wrt Pakistan brother.
      Hope it helps

      I am assuming that both legs of your travel are with same airlines that is Malaysia Airlines. As long as you are within the airport premises and not passing through Immigration at Singapore, you do not require a transit visa for your flight. Hello!
      Both your questions are interlinked.
      Having different PNR that too with check-in baggage shall put you in a situation where you need Malaysian E-visa if your first airline company asks you to collect baggage and re check in for next flight. In that case you shall have to cross immigration.
      If they confirm that they shall transfer it themselves and you can directly collect at Bali then you are free from the trouble. So contact your first airlines.

      You booked for 3 days but left booking for only 1 more day. So, I am kind of unsure about your plan. Because if you don't have booking only for 1 more day, that would mean your trip is getting over next day. In that case you should have booked for the fourth day also. But whatever is the case, since you left 1 day for some other property booking, it really depends on where you are planning to spend that day. Because if you plan to visit South bali that day then I would suggest you rent a property in South Bali and not in or near Ubud.

      Hi! What is your layover time? Usually for a couple of hours stay in Malaysia you do not need a transit visa. But when you have different pnr that means luggage shall have to be collected from one flight and checked in again for the second one. That requires a visa since you cross immigration. Now in your case you have same pnr but flights are still different. I would suggest that you must confirm with Malaysian airlines if they will have you collect the baggage at kuala lumpur or transfer it themselves. Because their response mainly tells you if you need a transit visa or not. Also read about e visa instead of transit visa.

    I am an indian citizen currently in Sydney. I am travelling to India to see my family and on the way back myself and my husband are breaking our journey in Kuala Lumpur to travel to Bali. Since we have to change flights and re-checkin our baggage, what would be the best visa option for this as our flight from Mumbai to Kuala lumpur lands on the 21st October 2023 at 7am and the flight to Bali (air batik) from Kuala Lumpur departs on the same day (21st October 2023) at 1PM.
    We return from Bali on the 28th October 2023 at 3PM and our flight back to Sydney is on the 29th October 2023 at 9am.
    I would like to know the best visa options available to accomdate my travel plans without any issues
    Or
    Can I apply for single entry coz i have separate pnr. While coming back from bali I can take visa on arrival cos I will be staying in kL on 28th and leaving kl on 29th

      Hi dear! So from your question I understand this that you are actually entering Malaysia twice. Once from Mumbai and then leaving for Bali. Then again a few days later from Bali to leave for Australia.
      When you travel from Mumbai to Bali you have different PNRs and you shall be collecting your baggage also to re check in them. Now, even if you do not leave the airport but collect baggage and check in again, you shall have to go through immigration and this shall mean a visa requirement shall be there. In recent past, when my subscribers contacted Malaysian Embassy regarding such issues, they advised not to go for Transit Visa but e visa.
      Even for your second scenario where you shall come to Malaysia for 1 day you will definitely be requiring a visa.
      Now you are right about the number of entries you can make.
      My suggestion to you is, as the Malaysian Embassy is very prompt to responding to such queries, you shall contact them without taking any risk and depending upon any youtuber because ultimately you shall be facing the situation. As per my recent experiences with subscribers, Malaysian Embassy is very helpful and they provide with better options, sometimes which we don't even have in our minds. So clear with them once as soon as possible and then start watching TH-cam videos to apply for that particular visa which they tell about so that you get to know things and information in the correct direction.

      @soulifiedforever  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Ask with the first airlines if you need to collect baggage at intermediate airport i.e. Kuala Lumpur. Only in that case you will be needing a transit visa as you shall have to go through immigration to check in the naggage again for second flight. Rest, you shall not be needing it. Kindly subscribe if this video/comment was of help to you. Thank you 🙏

      Hello aishwarya.
      Sorry, I cannot provide you promising details on it. Having same PNR and terminal means you do not require a transit visa at Malaysia. But you want to step out of the airport. In such a case visa will be required most probably. But as per my latest knowledge on the subject, e visa process is much more suitable and easy as compared to getting transit visa. So I would suggest if you watch a couple of videos on getting e visa in malaysia for indians.

      Yes dear
      Your ticket says to re-check in.
      That means your first airline is not going to transfer your baggage to your second airline. In such a case you need an E-visa in Malaysia no matter the layover time.

Both the flights are of Air Asia only. However, we have a change of terminal. We will have to go from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2. Please advise if we need transit visa for shifting the terminals. Also, please guide us if the layover of 2 hours will be sufficient for the terminal change. There are so many videos saying that the layover of 2 hours is very less for the terminal change. If this case is true then you do not need any transit visa.
