    Hi.. i also have flight from Bangalore to Bali via Kuala Lumpur but my my pnr is different for both flights and terminal is same KLIA2 . It is a hand baggage flight. Do i need a transit visa.- Please advice

    • @soulifiedforever

      Hello Surbhi! We researched a bit about your issue. Seems like having 2 different PNRs is indeed an issue. Firstly, two different PNRs might mean you have flights from two different airlines and in that case it is not called a connecting flight at all. If your first flight is delayed, the second airline has nothing to do with it. They will leave on time ofcourse and not help in any case. Also, this is a big issue in case of checked in baggage as in that case a person has to receive the checked in baggage from first airlines, need to have a transit visa, then check in again for next flight. Now, in your case, there is no checked in baggage so you might be totally safe from the transit visa requirement as you will not have to check in again. But in any case, you need to confirm it first yourself by reading various policies and watching different videos, confirming from airlines through emails etc.

     I have two different pnr one for air asia HYD to KUL and other for Air Asia X from KUL to BALI though both are Air Asia. I only have check-in luggage so do I need e-visa ? Also will Hyderabad Air Asia give both tickets ? How do we get both the tickets since pnr is different.

    • @soulifiedforever

      Your PNR is different but company is essentially the same. You can easily contact air asia and confirm with them if they shall be providing you with boarding passes of both legs of journey at Hyderabad itself and transfer your luggage too.
      In that case you are free from the requirement of a visa.

    Hello I have few questions please reply as my parents are going to bali on 17 may:
    1) India charging adapters works in bali (they have booked 4-5 star hotels) ?
    2) On the internet everywhere it is written that (Bali tourist visa) is totally free for less than 30 days? Is it? Do they provide visa exemption stamp? Because my parents are visiting for only 6 days.
    3) Do bali airport have free wifi? Or is it hard to connect with your mobile?

    • @soulifiedforever
      @soulifiedforever  ปีที่แล้ว

      1) indian charging adapters do work in bali at various places. But in Ubud I cannot guarantee that. In Ubud your parents might have to purchase a two pin plug from a local electronic shop which is very easily available for cheap rates. We also did the same.
      2) 2023 rules are stating somewhere that visa is going to be exempted for Indians in Bali. In such a case your parents are going to save 66 US dollars. In case it is not true and they do need to get visa on arrival, it is not a time consuming process at all and will cost them 33 US dollars for each person i.e. 66 us dollars.
      3.) Free wifi is available at certain places. The airport may or may not be providing free wifi at that particular time when your parents reach. Network connectivity is not hard once you purchase a sim there. For that we have already made a detailed video. Pls check.

    • @soulifiedforever
      @soulifiedforever  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey dear. Sorry for late reply because of an ongoing journey.
      Actually if you are moving from one terminal to second terminal from outside the airport you shall require the visa. If you are moving from one terminal to second terminal within the airport then you may require visa if you have collected baggage from first terminal and are checking in again from the second one going through the immigration procedure. If you are simply using the airport for your connecting flight and terminals are also same and you have same PNR i.e. not collecting your baggage and also not stepping out of airport then you do not need a visa. What case is yours?

    • @soulifiedforever
      @soulifiedforever  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you book the journey inclusive of connecting flight at the same time irrespective of the flight company, you shall have same PNR. It refers to the booking ID basically. Suppose you book from a website such as easymytrip or goibibo and first flight is from Air India and second is from VietJet, you still will have same PNR if the booking is done in a single transaction.

    @soulifiedforever Thank you for the regular updates. Apologies upfront in case my question is repetitive.
    1) I have a return planned from Singapore to India via Kualalumpur KLA2. Unfortunately the PNRs are different and I do not have a check in baggage. My layover is for 3 hours. It seems from the comments that I do not need a transit visa and I should directly proceed to departures. Please confirm my understanding!!
    2) Any form/document that needs to be filled on arrival at KIA2?
    Thanks in advance!!

      @soulifiedforever  ปีที่แล้ว

      No issues dear. Just hope that you subscribe to our channel if you are not an existing subscriber.
      Coming to the answers to your 2 questions.
      1) You are right. Ideally if you have no check-in baggage, different PNRs does not concern you. Also as your layover is only of 3 hours, you do not need a transit visa. So situation is in your favour. But in India a subscriber was asked to contact airlines to merge PNRs to avoid hassle (avoid hassle to the airlines and increase passenger's hassle in actual) but the subscriber declined to it. I would advise you to kindly go though the pinned comment on this video - Surbhi Natani comment section. That will help you I suppose.
      2) You do not need to fill any form as such just for transiting a country. Any special requirement will be informed to you at the airport itself.

      So yes you will have to go through security check again BUT not CHECK-IN as you are asking. You will get tickets for flight from kuala lampur to bali in kolkata only in your first check-in. That first check-in is your last check-in.

If there is not much difference in the rates, purchase it directly from the company skipping policy bazar. You can simply book your first flight and connecting flight from the same airlines which shall make it easy for you as you will only have one PNR (make sure book both flights at the same time via a single search to let same PNR be generated) and then your luggage will be directly transferred to Bali from Delhi. Travel insurance is compulsory?

      Visa on arrival ke liye bas passport chahie. Kuch nahi karna... counter pe bas khade hona hai that is all. Wo khud karke denge. Keep aswering if they ask anything about bookings and stay. Travel insurance waise compulsory hota hi hai. They may ask and they may not. But it is very important for you to carry for your own good. Documents ke liye mai next 3 din mein ek separate video bna ke daal deta hun. Aap wo detail mein dekh lena.

      @@NM-fp4ug No we did not book through FLY-THROUGH service. We had to go through a security check only for our next connecting flight at Kuala Lumpur. We did not have to go through Immigration. You are right. Their government wants to bring in such a law. But it is not enforced yet. Still, that might lead to traffic police checking for the license so consult local public and other tourists regarding the on site scenario once you are in Bali and then make your decision.

    Hello your videos are really very informative..I had a question..Hope I'll get the reply. We are flying to Bali on 29th March at 23:50. We are landing at the Vietnam airport at 06:10. There we have a 2:05 hours layover. In the ticket there are three things mentioned, change the aircraft. Baggage to be checked in again and change the terminal during layover. Does that mean we have to collect our luggage in Vietnam and again need to check in there..One more question. Is 2 hours layover in Vietnam sufficient to complete all the transit process timely?

    • @soulifiedforever
      @soulifiedforever  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Nidhi, if it is clearly mentioned in the tickets that you need to check-in the baggage again then you are right about it all. In such a case you need to collect your baggage at Vietnam. You need to change the terminal and then you need to check-in all over again. I would recommend you on thing though. At the Indian airport from which you are boarding the flight, ask the person who is going to check in your baggage two things. They are helpful and they will tell it clearly. 1) Do we need to collect the baggage at Vietnam and it will not be transferred to the connecting flight itself? 2) If yes then, it is going to be obvious that we will have to check in the baggage again for next flight but do we have to go through immigration also again at Vietnam airport next terminal from where we will catch the connecting flight?
      They will surely tell you everything in detail.
      I would suggest that you watch TH-cam videos of Vietnam airport different terminals and how to change terminals as it will show you the best possible way of doing it and you can manage your time well.
      Do not worry about the 2 hours thing.
      First hour is very crucial. Be very quick in the first hour.
