I have problem with GTA 4 where my game is in english, but characters are speaking russian, not english, and instead of niko and roman, some random russian dudes are speaking. Will this fix it, and if not how do i fix it?

in my case: Starwars battlefront 2 didn't have Language string to set it up to English so i created new one and i named it by all means i named the String that i created Language and i set the value data to be English so i hope it works !!

just simply right click on the icon, open folder containing file, --> DATA --> TEXT --> Delete RUSSIAN and restart the game. Simple.
