Three aqueducts on the Stratford-upon-Avon canal.
EDSTONE AQUEDUCT
Designed by engineer William Whitmore.
The Edstone Aqueduct crosses a minor road, a stream, and a field, a railway line (the North Warwickshire Line) and the disused trackbed of the Alcester branch line.
WOOTON WAWEN AQUEDUCT
Built by the Stratford Canal Company in 1813 and is also a Grade II* listed structure.
Engineered by William Whitmore very similar to the Edstone aqueduct.
Scheduled as Warwickshire Monument No 132.
YARNINGDALE AQUEDUCT
"Elegant Cast Iron Aqueduct"
Designed in the same style of William Whitmore's aqueducts.
Straddling the Stratford-upon-Avon canal, the Yarningale Aqueduct has a length of 42 feet and overlooks the Kingswood Brook situated in the countryside of Claverdon.
This site previously had a wooden bridge, which was ultimately obliterated due to a massive flood in 1834.
This aqueduct was eventually reconstructed by a major iron works company Horseley Iron works.
