The reason on why the are always checking on the small paint paint is because they wanted it to be documented from each stop. They are checking if it's a small crack or just a paint. There’s an excellent local craft brewery based there (Ise Kadoya) in a cool old building, which is one of my usual destinations when I go there. Also,there are Taiko drum performances on the weekends, which adds to the atmosphere even more. One of the best places in Japan I think!
