I was a sales executive for 7 year in 3 car dealerships Hyundai, Kia, Honda and now i am not because of my health conditions but if any day I have to buy any car from any car company under 20 lacs or 15 lacs no doubt i will buy Creta any day over any car. Jo log comment karte hai safety, des ka loha ye wo unke pass khud ki car bhi nhi hoti. Agar aap itne paise lagane k baad hassle free rehna chahte ho to indian brands mat purchase karna because aapki complaint pe jitna other companies focus krti h utna koi v nhi karta especially koreans they will definitely solve your complaint very quickly on priority. Agree with you 100%. I have nexon ev from Desh K Loha. Not a single month in last i year, I have skipped to visit service centre. Tata's products are just horrible & the aftersales service is pathetic.
Even if Hyundai has moderate safety rating, Please trust me guys each and every feature of Hyundai works 100%, i am driving Creta since 2019 April, drove 1.02 lakh not a single time my touch screen get struck on hanged and here comes my XUV700 as i mentioned in my other comment i visited 12 times in 11 months for same issue and ironically issue is still there but i settled myself. because no one has time to spoil whole weekend in service center. Mahindra still listen and resolved some other issues but if you visit TATA you will realise what you have done with your money

Lol.. before reasearching and understanding the cars to buy a suv, our first priority was harrier, but now it's Hyrider for 1st choice, Hycross is extremely good so we have to see weather to spend more and get it. One thing is Toyota and Maruti are best cars for Reliability and Maintenance.. mind will be free of tension. I do not want to generalize the whole issue because in India every person has different economic condition. I am driving XUV700 diesel since November 2022 and Creta April 2019 diesel and my brother has Safari Diesel January 2023. I want to share that if you are middle class person, working professional even with 5 day week working schedule or a family person please think twice before buying Mahindra and TATA. please dont trap in Desh ka Loha type things, they will give you physical safety but will kill you mentally. Even Creta is 3 star, not large enough for Indian chichora panti but please trust me its is reliable car. For reference now i am used to of Mahindra and TATA issues but Since November 2022 to October 2023, in these 11 months i visited Mahindra service center 12 time. I can share job card for every visit. Now i am used to of living with those issues and not contacting them again and again.
Very valid point, reliability needs to be put over road presence(i dont know why this showoff culture has become so rampant in India, people are even taking out huge loans to show off), also reliability is integral part of a car's overall safety(safety is not just crash ratings) if a car keeps braking down then its definitely not a safe car(even if 5 star crash rated)

My wife is very keen on getting Thar Roxx and i am still convincing her that our current Creta diesel BS VI is still best diesel manual anyone can but in market with perfect balance of Fuel efficiency and performance. Drove 36,000+ km in last 3.5 years no issues so far. Hyundai can compete with Suzuki for reliability and ease on pocket for maintenance. My regular paid service cost 6-7k for diesel which is decent for 1.5 diesel engine.

Hyundai and Maruti are very easy to maintain vehicles and reliable as well, they both won't have any issues, our family owns taigun, i20, vitara. honestly, we haven't got any issues till now. we only go to showroom for servicing the car other than that its been 2-3 yrs with these cars. we haven't faced any issue with car personally. not sure what's the experience with tata n Mahindra.

Hyundai-Kia gives most reliable & most refined diesel engines. My seltos has covered 1.10 lakh km in 5 years and its still smooth & powerful like brand new. And no part has been changed yet

I would prefer scorpioN 4×4 over all bcz it will have performance, Road presence, engine reliability, off-road capability, manual diesel, luxury interior best of both worlds, also XUV700 All wheel drive is also an good option

Hyundai and Maruti are very easy to maintain vehicles and reliable as well, they both won't have any issues, our family owns taigun, i20, vitara. honestly, we haven't got any issues till now. we only go to showroom for servicing the car other than that its been 2-3 yrs with these cars. we haven't faced any issue with car personally. not sure what's the experience with tata n Mahindra.
