@@OcraMedHealth I can't believe what a Godsent you are. Only think is my piriform is won't heal, or at least I think it's the piriformis. Only when I walk it hurts not when I'm sitting or sleeping. It happened when I stretched my leg out over my belly, knee to chest almost.
I’ve had shoulder pain for at least six months and I am shocked that doing these exercises for the first time has made the pain go away immediately!! I can’t thank you enough!!!🙏🏻
@ Thank you, thank you! I’ve also had tennis elbow for over two years and the exercises that you suggested for that also took a lot of the pain away immediately. I know I’m going to have to keep working on it. Just got the trigger point massage tool off of your website.
Thank you as always Dr Joe! It’s uncanny how your videos come out every time I’m suffering from that same issue. I did the tissue work and the mobilization. My shoulder has been out for a month due to a gym injury. On the mobilization exercise when I rotate my arm towards my back I get pain in the front of my shoulder on the tendon running down to under my bicep. I hope that makes sense. Is there some other video I should be watching?
First of all, I want to thank you for always sharing your knowledge and helping so many people. I truly appreciate everything you do. I’ve been applying the myofascial release techniques as shown in your video, but I’ve noticed that when I press on the top of my pec muscle,(clavicular portion)there’s often a cracking sound. Even pressing around my shoulder joint causes a crack. The sound isn’t accompanied by pain, but it doesn’t feel great being cracking daily-it sometimes gives me a kind of release, which is good. Additionally, when I do wall slides, my left serratus anterior sometimes cracks as well. When I wake up in the morning, my upper traps feel tight. There is always cracking during protracting my scapula This all started about a year ago after a long cutting phase. During that time, I lost some upper back muscle, and unfortunately, I didn’t approach the cutting in the best way-I was too hard on myself. Since then, these issues have persisted. -pushing Swiss ball into wall feels good when I start the move there is cracking when protracting but when I hold the push I feel better I’ve been to physical therapists, but no one gave me long term solution.I’m still lifting heavy, but I’d love to fix this issue so I can feel more comfortable during my workouts and daily activities. Any insights you could share would be really helpful
Thanks for writing in. That’s a lot going on. Trying to diagnose that much info and symptoms without knowing anything about you is almost impossible. I would recommend a video consult or to try to find someone in your area who specializes in sports injuries and soft tissue therapy. I put out a lot of videos on different topics to help people with their workouts and injuries. However your case would require a case history and physical examination. Sorry I can’t be of more help.
Thank you. I saw a video from urs with a broom stick going behind ur head for the ac joint stretch. Is that a before or off day stretch. Also are there any movements you prefer doing before lifting weights?
I have nagging pain deep in my shoulder joint. This is just what I need. Looking forward to watching it!
Hope the video can help. Good luck!!
It works!!!❤
Thank so much l try just you suggested...it really worked...thank you.
I forwarded it to my son for he has the same problem.

Should we do this before or after we workout?
If you do it before, go lightly. After workout or on off day is best. Good luck!

@@rangerhightower3572 I do that broom stick stretch every day before I work out. I have quite a few things that I do every day before training.
