I agree, most likely a Spitz cross. If he was mine I’d be doing a DNA test! Loved your doodle grooming vid. It gave me some great tips for my attempt at a home groom. I resorted to having a go myself as my groomer is on longterm sick and didn’t want to subject my anxious cockapoo to anyone else. Pretty pleased with the results although her legs aren’t that good but she hates having her feet touched. Front worse than the back in terms of sensitivity. Still, practice makes perfect. She’s now crashed and I’m enjoying a 🍷 Cheers 😁

I’d be tempted with one too! And ahh I’m glad the video helped a little! I groom loads of dogs with sensitive front legs and feet and have to scissor them all! I hope the 🍷 was great!! 😊

I'm not sure how common the German Spitz is in the UK. Here in the US, I've literally never seen one in person so I would not assume the dog is one or a mix of. There are also "throwback poms", which is when a dog in the litter is a lot larger like that or has that fox face or the less profuse coat. Throwbacks happen more often in backyard bred poms, but even high quality show lines can have a throwback face or coat texture in the litter. So I personally would start with looking at the parents.
