You know you can get a 10'x10' awning that you can move anywhere, move your ground tent and awning down by the stream and leave it the next day to keep your campsite, this this is stuck next to your fucking car fore ever
Depends what you mean, I have been through 3 different lifts, re-gear, and 4 different roof top tents due to a constantly changing truck and trying to regain MPG. I never had the intention of going this far lol but constantly being at the pump has me 24/7 looking for improvements. And upgrading this is cheaper than a new truck payment lol

In CO it wasn't too much of a problem could get to very remote spots, also im not a fan of having to set up, move, and tear down everything.
Hi how does your FJ cope up with roof weight? assume roof top tent is 55-60kg, 25-30kg of awning + other extras. 😊

Overland kings refunded me 25% for the missing powder coat and are sending a new bag!
Where did you find the van pop out window kit? I love that look and it also provides fresh air inside of the cab while sleeping.
I got them from a company called freedom windows. I’m not sure if there still around.
