I am a novice when it comes to such matters, and I was beyond frustrated, as I hadn't a clue where to begin, in order to fix this problem. So, I am most grateful to you.
I had found that unplugging the TV and replugging it worked. However, it required doing that again a short time later. Your last suggestion of uninstalling TH-cam TV and reinstalling it seems to have solved tha problem. Thank you.
didn't help. done all those steps including unplugging and plugging the tv back on. the only app that's not working is TH-cam. AppleT V and all the rest does work. I even reset the TV... same issue. what could be the issue?
blablacar322 Bro, Bro try following this steps to reinstall TH-cam app on your Samsung TV: Press the Home button on your Samsung TV remote.>Navigate to the Apps section>Scroll to find the TH-cam app>Press and hold the Select button on the app icon until a menu appears>In the menu, choose Reinstall.>Confirm your selection by choosing OK or Yes. Wait for the reinstallation process to complete, then launch the TH-cam app.☺️
On my tv I had to scroll down to the bottom right of the apps screen and there is an “Options” button. I didn’t see a Settings tab either. From there I was able to delete TH-cam and reinstall it. Worked fine after that.
