This ARC is so important for the clones latter actions during Order 66. I think if Jesse didn't have to endure Umbara, he would've actually considered listening to Rex, even with the chip active. While Rex was naturally also affected by the Inhibitor, he chose to fight the effects, thus helping Ahsoka do something about it and buying her time. Jesse didn't question anything, because he also believed in his heart that the jedi were capable of betrayal, and because he was so deathly afraid of a second Umbara.

there are hundreds of years of history in Star Wars where regular soldiers had no choice but to fight armies of force users. Specifically the old republic era was filled with Anti-Force Wielder weapons
so we've seen lots of different examples of how normal people could overcome Jedi with the right tools. A jedi can block blaster bolts, but there's no hope for a Jedi against a flamethrower or scatter blaster, they would have no choice but to run away. As soon as someone gets close enough with one of those weapons, that Jedi is fucked. In the old wars, 3 republic troopers was more than enough to kill a Sith Warrior.

The reason so many Jedi were killed as easily as they were was because they were blindsided by the clone’s betrayal. This is a good demonstration of why it was so important that the clones caught the Jedi off guard in Order 66. A Jedi was worth 1000 battle droids, which means they were worth at least a hundred clone troopers.

It's kind of terrifying how it almost seemed like a game to him than a fight for survival. He disarms his lightsabers mid-battle just to show how superior he truly is to these "mere lab creatures".
It's amazing how calm and collected Rex remains throughout this even as he's watching his men get hacked to pieces. Sadly it's not too unlike how Obi Wan and Yoda just cut through their former troopers without mercy in Episode III.

Dogma is the only clone General Krell, actually names without being reprimanded to do so like Rex.
The rest, he calls them by their CT codes or rank
    Like Arc trooper or Captain.
