Regards from Indonesia. Thank you for your beautiful and well editing video of Fujian Province, land of my encestor from my mother's bloodline. God Bless
My pleasure! Reading comments like yours are some of the best things a video creator like me can get! Really makes me happy to see your words! Glad you enjoyed the video my friend!
Thanks for showing me my hometown lol. I came to the Us at 9, exactly 40 years ago, and have yet to go back for a visit. We’re prepping our visas as I type :)
Fuzhou is my hometown and i’m finally visiting soon. It’s been 12 years so honestly i don’t remember much about it. Thanks for capturing it and now i i’m excited especially for the beautiful nature!
I was reading something about NYC's Chinatown today and it mentioned that the Fujianese started arriving in the 1980s and formed their own enclave, Little Fuzhou, as they had problems communicating with the Cantonese-speaking residents of Chinatown. While the majority of current US Chinese restaurant workers are Fujianese (or so I read), the majority of the Chinese American population came from other places earlier.
It is very chill in Qingdao, Dalian and Harbin, temperature is at around 28 degree at noon, 24 degree at night. to live in the north at summer, to live in the south at winter, north China has heavy snow while south does not snow anymore.
Fujianese people go all over the world especially in South East Asia, even in Hongkong they have a big number of people, not to mention the neighbour island Taiwan (overwhelmingly the majority there) which was included in Fujian province before Japanese occupation.
If you are in a area with thunder storms and want to be safe its good to live by the 30-30 rule, if you see a flash of lightning and hear the thunder in 30 or less seconds it is a good idea to wait indoors for 30 minutes for it to move on
I just been back from fuzhou in October, it strange to see the weather above is still hot 🤔 during my stay period it was cloudy/grey and some days poured rain
Southern China is beautiful but so humid. I am from the SF Bay Area where the temp is mild, I couldn't bear the heat and humidity in Shanghai, Fuzhou, Hangzhou, etc. @23:00, I think the rain must be feeling good. 20 years ago, I was somewhere near Hangzhou inside our tour bus, we were told the lowest temp was 42 degrees centigrade. It was so uncomfortable and I ended up staying inside the bus for most of the time.
Majority of all overseas chinese originate from guangdong province, hainan province, hong kong as well as south east asia(can be very true for chinese south vietnamese), not just fujian
Bro I was competing in the Chinese bridge competition last week and it was in fuzhou XD Its a really beutiful place big coincidence that youre also here
Majority of Chinese in South East Asia for sure from Fujian but not really from Fuzhou. Most of Fujianese in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia are from 2 Cities in Fujian i.e Quanzhou and Xiamen and not Fuzhou😅. Well there are 2 smaller towms in Malaysia with Fuchow majority- Sitiawan in State of Perak and Sibu in Sarawak😅. I'm from Malaysia 🙋♂️
150kcal in those ronas. im in mexico trying to drink ultra light michelob lol can get a big bottle from the shop and sit out at the oxxo or circle k ;) got didi too for food delivery. no taxi service yet, but uber obvi.
Haha.. it's hard to say. Could have been homeless. Could have just been guys from somewhere lower on the economic spectrum sleeping on the benches in the middle of a blazing hot day. In heat like that, you've just got to use AC if you want to be comfortable.
Fu Jian people and Fu Jou Chinese are very different but in same Fu Jian province. Most Taiwanese from Fu Jian not Fu Jou. Lot Fu Jou in USA not in SE Asian countries. You get mixed up too.
Never said most overseas Chinese were from Fuzhou. I said most were from Fujian and that Fuzhou was the capital of that province. I think you couldn't understand clearly due to the language barrier. You got mixed up too.
@@chopsticksandtrains Fu Jou Chinese are very totally different from Fu Jian Chinese, different spoken languages and culture and food and religion yes still lot similar due closeby. Most oversea Chinese in USA are Fu Jou lately not Fu Jian and most oversea Chinese in SE Asian countries, Vietnam and Taiwan Chinese are Fu Jian. I have friends from Fu Jou and visit Fu Jou for 45 days. My neighbors and our Chinese are Dia Jiu language is very similar to Fu Jian whom are mostly in SE Asian countries especially in Vietnam where I'm from. that's why I know these two Chinese very well but not province and capital I might got mixed up geography there. I've been USA over 45 years I speak English Chinese and Vietnamese lot better than you, Standard proper English not US street ghetto poor peasant trailer park hibily red neck whytetrash English that most real big AmeriKKKan speak daily.

Ficus microcarpa L. f. or Chinese banyan is the tree of Fujian province. Fuzhou city nickname RongCheng (banyan city).

Yeah Buddy!
I know you're into martial arts, have you seen The Karate Nerd Jesse Enkamp's trip to Fujian tracing the roots of Karate? Very good vlog.
hey Ed! no, haven’t seen that one yet, but upon your recommendation, I’ll definitely give it a watch! 🤙🏼✌🏼

Bro, why do people always forget there are also Latino people in the world aside from black and white and Asian people
You saw "guys down on their luck" in the park?
Is that an euphemism for homeless men?🤔

Costs over $2 USD for black tea because you bought it at KFC. If you had bought it from a Chinese place, it would have been cheaper.
show your face and you will be fine, including hk and Macao
