No, you cannot connect Guitar or Keyboard, as this is a basic beginner one you have to set the key in the processor before performing every song, if you need the automatic pitch control by connecting Guitar or keyboard, you can go for some other budget processors like TC Helicon
This is very basic processor for beginners, this doesn't have option to connect with Guitar, but this has key selector knob, so before you sing the song you need to set the key manually. You are able to connect a mic to the processor and also there is Aux connection.

No, you can use the Phone's adaptor to power on
