I know a teeny bit of Japanese. Watching coder click "no" on drawing a card was hilarious.
I just know that the right side option on those prompts is always the "no" one, and that the prompt would almost 100% be "do you want to add it to your hand?"

It's kind of funny thinking about the extremely analytical coder playing a game without reading
I think an episode where at least some of the cards came from the 3-card Classic packs could be fun, considering those cards can be very generically playable.

Abyss Actor - Evil Heel is a decent Abyss Actor card. Some people choose to play it as a one-of, and others don't. In Abyss Actors, it can be used to set your Abyss Scripts from the GY, or to just close out games.

I really like these challenges. look it's something that probably should be done more than once with a few people. it's actually quite interesting as it makes people have to learn what their cards do as well as makes then WANT to learn what their cards do.
This series is have no business to be this funny.

You guys should do one extra match where you keep the same deck, but switch back to English. It’d be a fun twist to see if being able to read the cards would make a difference :p.
I haven’t played this game in probably over a decade (since xsabers and lightsworn were the meta?) so I have basically no idea what’s going on, but I still enjoyed this. Awesome stuff.

I really like this challenge, because despite liking Yu Gi Oh and somewhat knowing the rules, I have no clue what's going on. And it's nice seeing people play Yu Gi Oh who also have no clue what's going on. True solidarity

I love being an old ass Yu-Gi-Oh player because about 90% of the cards I see that came out after about 2006, I'm just like "What the fuck does that card do?" but then the moment I saw dzeeff had Jam Defender in his deck with no Revival Jam, I just started laughing 😂

this is for distant but both toon goblin force and the gear golem not need toon world to survive they still cant attack on same turn they are summoned but toon gear golem can be special summoned unlike his normal self

bruh! I made a valkyrie deck in master duel a long time ago and I wasnt sure how to get rid of trias hierarchia after tributing diviner of the herald to summon the valkirie lvl1, thank you very much for the tip to make sure "mischief of the time goddess" is live at the end of the battle phase!
Couldn't Coder have summoned mega Raiza and won with it?
Even if not, isn’t Mammud a card you can Normal Summon without tributing if you don’t control other monsters? He kept tribute summoning Mammud
Nope, any dark monster runs over it with Dark Honest in the damage step, and zeef had a Steelswarm on hand since turn 1, and then drew Dracolich
Was hoping coder would actually play the vamps he pulled. He pulled 4 vamps, 3 different names
Coder hates drawing the dog so much, he refused to draw the dog with Frankenderp. That wasn't the right dog but it still counts!
