First, this is a fabulous video. This is basically how I have taught students since I saw it. Questions: At about 1:30 the term "Switch" is used when "Control Collar" would be more descriptive. Switch implies only ON-OFF. At 2:38, this says 3" when the distance is more like 6". You can get pretty close calculation to what this distance is via FD equation: F = D/100 cm which gives Diopters which is what numbers on wheel really are though that gets a bit technical. I do not believe the angle of approach off midline is ever given. If you come straight in, you will be right on the macula and you want to be on the disk. I was always taught 15 degrees. At 12:20 it says us a "focal length of 15 or 20" when it should say a wheel setting of 15 or 20 diopters. This result in a focal distance of 5 or 6 cm. Again, love this video and would like to clear up a couple of things.
Is there any reason why the doctor did not apologize for his sandwich breath?

I thought I saw a bit of a lig lag on his eye after the Dr told him to drink a lot of water for a good response
But was it just his face?
@@beaverinthekitchen896 After we saw some of his old photos we understood it was just how his face always was.
