There’s not as much grandeur as the original has, but instead there’s a sense of finality that this version carries-which is perhaps a bit more fitting to how the actual showdown with Veld plays out. You arrive and everything else is already settled, now it’s just a matter of stabbing one more dark mage, which shouldn’t be that hard at this point.
