Never turn off heat , you can lower temperature a little bit if you want . But making it on / off cost you so much .

Curry leaves store karne ka aasan tarika batati hu...curry leaves wash kar ke dry kar lo usake baad ek bowl me curry leaves me thoda ghee mix kar ke microwave it for first 30 sec thoda mix kar ke fir se 30 sec thanda hone ke baad airtight container me rakho... Dekh na vahi swad rahega... I know microwave Anuj bhaiya ko pasand nahi h toh pan me kar ke dekho fir batana ekdam acha swad vala curry leaves milega ...

I agree abt the curry leaves. I know fresh tastes best. But sometimes can't get, or storing for long in fridge also the leaves lose taste. I tried this way....dry them up either in hot sun, or spread on a plate and heat in microwave. Allow to cool for few seconds and the leaves will be as dry as bay leaves. Store in airtight glass jar. They last for a very long time, like bay leaves, and really taste amazing when used in tadka.
Hi suchi. I live in Pennsylvania US. As you said in this video that your Tulsi plant is not survived in winter so i suggest you artificial plants light. It's a Grow light from Amazon. I bought this light last year and my curry plant, tulsi, mint and lemongrass plant not just survive but it's thriving very well.

As I think it’s good of kids stay home and study my 9 years was going to school and then I got letter exposure of covid in her school and I am scared as hell now not sending her but couldn’t able to sleep as it happened couple of days ago so I think take precautions before it’s too late jan hai tou jahan hai

I just recently read it - that tulsi leaves have mercury component in them.
So they do not have to be used in tea milk.
One can used them in black tea.
If you have a chance, you can research it too .

Why do you guys turn off the heat? It's actually more cost effective to leave it on at a certain temp when you turn it off the house cools down and your furnace will run longer to bring up the temp besides you are living in frigid cold temp you can lower thermostat as per day night but at least I've never heard anyone turning it off completely

One tip. Always put some oil on the idli sancha. This prevents it from ticking to it when removing the idli

Here in Ontario two bigger cities already having a lockdown and our city and other few is going to be having lockdown soon 😞 but mayor is saying schools are the place where the risk is very very low because of the measures and precautions they are taking .. can’t believe yesha’s school got two cases already .. my kid’s school hasn’t got any yet 🤞 but yes they should now consider having online school when school already got cases
