Just one suggestion, please avoid Baby-Talk like saying words twice, like today you said many words like Shiny-Shiny, Sukha-Sukha, New-New etc. Both your kids talk maturely, but soon they will catch on to your baby talk style and will face issue in school life. It becomes quite a syndrome. It's force of habit, so if you can then do try to change. Thanks.

Dry roast anardana n zeera a little more than u did on tawa, just like we make bhuna zeera.... Powder n season chole, u won't need to add tea n the color comes out an amazing blackish brown. Give it a try. My mom's recipe 😊
