I think Screen Rant misunderstood the picture. It looks like Mr. Incredible actually bends the blade of the knife because he is indestructible. So then he has to hide the knife from people noticing the bent finger marks

And one of them only barely qualifies because it never made it past the story board before it was cut from the movie. It's hard to delete a scene that was never actually made in the first place. Story concepts that were abandoned before a single frame of the movie was even made are not deleted scenes and that's what most of this list was.

im pretty sure in the cut fingers scene, he didn't actually cut his fingers, if you look closely, you may notice that the knife seems to be thicker around his fingers, and then squirts ketchup onto him self to make it look like blood
