This is the best presentation of this model ive seen on TH-cam so far. No tricks or gimmicks, jist straight talk and information

It's also the best vacuum cleaner money can buy.

@@anthonybarton2103 It reallt really isn't. When it comes to cordless or bagless, Miele has a long way to go.
Try to empty it if you have pets..

Thank you, Greg. If I lived in your town or even in your state, I'd be right over to buy from you. This was an excellent video and answered so many questions for me.

If I was in Machesney Park, IL I'd definitely buy a vacuum from you! However, I found this review far better than any one here in Germany, so kudos to you!

We bought the previous gen model and am completely happy with ours, no trouble at all. My wife insisted she did not want to have to hold a button to keep it on and it is nice to be able to not have to lay it down or lean it against the wall, when you need to move something. Thanks for the review.

I am interested in a Miele vacuum. Are all the Miele uprights equipped with beater bushes? My LVT floor warranty suggests not to use vacuums with brushes. Excellent and in dept video. Thank you.

I have the same problem. We have engineered oak floors and need to avoid anything (eg beater brushes) that could damage the wood. Useful video. Thank you.

I know there is a pro version of the Miele Triflex HX2 that comes with a "hardfloor care soft roller". Might be worth checking it out. Good luck.

And I would vacuum 500 miles and I would vacuum 500 more just to be the man who vacuums 1000 miles and falls down at your door.

Does the rolled up hair get into the bearing of the roller? I have an electrolux that does this and it's a real pain to get it out.

The way you field strip the Dyson, you could almost be a rifle expert :D

Would you recommend this as your main vacuum for a home with half carpet half laminate/hardwood?

What kind of CFM is the Triflex pulling?

  • @Forexfox99

And don’t forget that you can use compressed air to blow out the filter, making it last for almost forever.

Does anyone know how much it weighs when in hand vac version? Not sure what you call it... or when in regular stick mode, if it feels heavy in the wrist? We tried a dyson at family's house and it was a bit heavy on my wrist.

Cant decide between this or the dyson submarine. Mainly for dog hair. Which one would you recommend?

Both work pretty well for pet hair out of the box, however I prefer the versatility and quality of the Triflex over the Dyson. The Triflex does not offer a mop attachment if that is what you are looking for.

I bought the Miele Triflex HX1 and it is useless. Don't believe the company's advertisement on suction power or battery life. False advertisement.
Also, cross your fingers that you never have to deal with Miele's customer service. Rude and useless. No money back, no exchange. They wouldn't even offer to look at the vacuum without me having to pay another $50 for the inspection. I hope the experience is better when buying from an authorized dealer like yourself. But I can tell you that after 20+ years of loving Miele, I think the company is not what it used to be.

Stop pushing this piece of garbage. The brush drive issue has yet to be fixed, even on the new model. No one should by a Triflex.

    This isn't a review. It's a sales pitch.:/
