    I have a Sebo........the D4 top of the line, never been so disappointed, yes it's high quality parts, that lack function and ease of use. all the attachments are garbage and lack the performance that they were designed for, the carpet and floor attachment, one of the worst I have ever used, the design of the brushes can not and will not pick up lint, hair or pet hair, and looks like all their attachments seem to have the same part on all there vacuums. I've had my SEBO for 5 months and has added an extra hour to my normal cleaning routine, the bristles on the carpet attachment are not effective in lifting the carpet pile or removing lint or hair.

    I have the Sebo Felix. Good vacuum, but be warmed it's VERY top heavy. Definitely not a good choice for seniors. It also puts out a lot of hot air, to the point it's uncomfortable to use in the summer months. I also find the HEPA Cloth bags tend to clog easily and make the vacuum lose airflow quickly - have to take the bag outside, shake it vigorously and put back in to restore airflow. Have to do that 3 or 4 times till the bag is full.

    Thank you so much for this excellent video. I just got mine yesterday, and was befuddled by the various settings and how to get the correct setting for some of the lighter runners... which got promptly sucked up and ended up with the red light coming on... Despite reading the booklet instruction, I felt that I needed to see a video. I got a good deal on Black Friday, and bought the Marin after much research and frustration over way too many models and choices. I think I made the right choice. Thank you again for this detailed and informative video!

    We bought the previous gen model and am completely happy with ours, no trouble at all. My wife insisted she did not want to have to hold a button to keep it on and it is nice to be able to not have to lay it down or lean it against the wall, when you need to move something. Thanks for the review.

    we have a sebo G1, it is a decent vacuum but there are a couple things about that particular model i do not like. the passage the dirt and debris travels through for the floor nozzle is rather narrow, it seems like the felix has a much larger passage. the G1 essentials a clog king, the kids forever drop things on the floor and you have to do a pre-cleaning remove any larger items. the other thing, it has always had a tendency to randomly shut itself off even when not clogged. i think the PCB might be bad. that being said, it still has been overall reliable. i also have a riccar prima canister and i tend to use that more often. i have no experience with the felix but it looks like an interesting machine.

    I bought the Miele Triflex HX1 and it is useless. Don't believe the company's advertisement on suction power or battery life. False advertisement. Also, cross your fingers that you never have to deal with Miele's customer service. Rude and useless. No money back, no exchange. They wouldn't even offer to look at the vacuum without me having to pay another $50 for the inspection. I hope the experience is better when buying from an authorized dealer like yourself. But I can tell you that after 20+ years of loving Miele, I think the company is not what it used to be.

    @GalacticBadger 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I bought a Felix a couple of months ago... And they are a bit on the heavy side, the joint that connects the power head to the canister is questionable, and the body will rotate around it when it's stood up and clicked into place if you put any pressure on it. The Dart does not swivel like this. It just feels flimsy and it's slightly concerning. The only way to tell if it's going to last is to jump in head first and put miles on it. And considering the rest of the build quality, I have to put my trust in the engineers and their intentions. It had to have been intentional. It's also kind of a pain swapping out the power head with the parquet tool. The variable speed switch takes a bit of breaking-in and getting used to, at least on the models I have felt. It kind of catches when you adjust the speed, but is smoothing out with use. It also doesn't come with an upholstery head, which was frustrating. What he shows in this video is used for dusting shelves, furniture, keyboards, etc.. Not for a couch. They know you need one, and they do NOT use a standard size, so 3rd party attachments are not readily available. A universal adapter is needed, but the diameter will be smaller on the attachment, lowering the suctioning power by a small margin. I spent days looking for the right vacuum and ended up getting this one at a vacuum store, and it was an official supplier, so I got a 10-year warranty. My wife has bad allergies, and I was tired of replacing a vacuum every 2 or 3 years that didn't perform well anyway. I took over the vacuuming due to its weight. To really take advantage of it, it helps to not be tiny as combined with its weight and it sucking into the ground when you use it, it can be more difficult to push than your average cleaner. Of course, you can raise the height and turn down the motor so that isn't as bad, so it's manageable, just not quite as effective. So far, I do really love this thing. It performs as I would have imagined a vacuum should, and everything is repairable. It's a breath of fresh air, literally. Vacuuming is actually a pleasure with this thing, and I thought I would never say that. Nothing is ever really going to satisfy everyone, and I am picking about build quality and engineering, especially if I fork over $700+. I've learned a lot about vacuums during this journey and respect Sebo the brand. I decided there's just certain things you don't cheap out on, and vacuums is one of them if you can get away with it. Unfortunately, having a vacuum that plugs into the wall and requires bags is still in the cards if you want to be serious about this. So far so good, and I highly recommend it overall, and my wife's bad allergies have improved. It's just what you would expect a vacuum cleaner to be like, and I'd recommend it. Your average vacuum is a throwaway, and they don't want you repairing them so easily. The vacuum industry is rough, and these people know they are a necessity like a mattress or toilet paper. You have to choose one at some point. The price is decent compared to other vacuums in its class. I hope being honest helps someone, and maybe this guy's business.

    I have the HX2 Pro, the one that contains the head with the light and auto spins up on carpet. I do use it, but I had a chance to use a Dyson at a rental house and I feel the Dyson was better. I have a 50 Sq meters apartment and use this weekly for a general cleaning and daily whenever needed. I have a cat which does not leave that much hair. When I do the general cleaning, starting from empty, I need to empty it at the end of my 15 min run. The device is marketed as tri- because it has 3 positions to put the engine (on top, like a regular cordless, next to the floor, specific to Miele and a pipe less mode for cleaning bed, couch). The mid position is really useless. When you put the engine down, you can no longer co easily under bed, couch, and it's harder to translate it laterally if you need to, since the weight is lower. Opening it to empty the can is doable, you get used with it though it does speak of overengineering. It does work, but probably due to the ease of use my next one will be a Dyson. Remember I can't speak about durability, just about ease of use.

    AT the 8:00 mark.... those 12 foot hose tool kits are amazing... I have a cirrus cr 79 I bought like six years ago and that came with it... they told me to plug it into the back port that opens up but honestly I find pulling out the wand and connecting it that way works better so that's the way I do it... but they are amazing in that you do not need a canister with these... In fact, it's even better than a canister becuase you have such reach... I can literally clean everywhere high and low... thankfully my brushroll shuts off when in upright position... I will never NOT use this extension hose.... It's so light... not heavy... I don't even bother with onboard tools on the vacuum... also, I think it saves your vacuum hose because you're not constantly using it, stretching it... wearing it out..

    I have two of these (purchased both used). I like a lot about the Triflex: the relative lightness of them machine, the flexibility to use it in three configurations, including as a short hand tool or as a reach tool, the fact that it can stand upright, the nimbleness around the house, the ability to use on stairs more easily, the fact you can use other Miele attachments (I have several other Miele vacs and quite a few attachments), the motor-driven brush head - with headlight, the ease of servicing the brush roll, the strength and usefulness of the smaller motor-driven brush roll, the twist-to-open canister, the fact that the canister filter disassembles, the power of the brush heads, the fact that the larger brush roll adapts to surfaces, the ability to run it at three speeds - and the general build and material quality. I reach for these a lot. They work nicely. That being said: I do NOT like bagless machines. Miele has a really solid collection and filtration across their models with their incredible bags and series of filters. I have no issues with buying, filling up and then discarding and then replacing the bags on any of my other Miele models (corded canister, corded large upright, corded stick). They pop out and self seal/close to minimize any dust escaping. I also don't mind paying for and replacing the filters (in some cases multiple filters in one machine). Emptying the Triflex is messy, no matter how careful you are. The dust cup is pretty small. It has the trap door, which opens easily with a twist. And usually much of the dirt collection drops right out (though usually with an accompanying cloud). Miele then says that you gently tap the pleated filter to knock off dust. There is often quite a bit of dust on the pleated filter. I always have a Miele vacuum nearby to pick up dust spill, tidy up the machine and surrounding area if needed and (most importantly) clean the filters inside the cup. I understand that HX2 has a function to twist the paper filter and knock off the fine dust before you dump out the canister. That sounds like an improvement. It also offers a 'digital' motor that claims to have 60% more power. Makes me wonder if one could swap out the new motor (yes, you would need to disassemble - and Miele would not want the customer to do this) and the new dust cup system on an HX1 to make an HX2. Despite my criticism, I really think these are great machines. They are particularly good for quick pick ups between more intense cleaning with your corded vacs. They do quite a nice job, and are light and maneuverable. I love vacuums, and I love Miele vacuums in particular - and I do not mind doing regular maintenance. So I am overall quite happy. I just think Miele could have done this vacuum a bit better. And maybe they continue evolve the concept into an even better version of this. I think battery technology is here to stay, now that batteries and the motors run from them are generally getting so much better these days.

    Riccar nailed it. The working-part, subjected to the most wear, is fully rebuildable, and high-quality. Chromed steel, sealed ball bearings, replaceable brush roll strips, Hall-sensor, direct air motor gives you great cleaning with less than 1/2 of the typical watts. IMO, you are always getting a separate shop-type vacuum, like I did, that takes standard 1.25-inch attachments. I got a Porter-Cable chromed indoor shop-vac at C**TCO for like $35 years ago. Very easy to carry around to clean, and take out to your car. Use the Riccar for the carpet/floors, shop-vac for all else.
