Took me a while to realise that the tasting salt was ajinomoto.
@Pink Star south east asian countries are eating this salt from ages and they have the most long life expectancy.so is it really a poison??

MSG is not bad for health unless you have a minimum of 200gms per week( common sense tells daily even if you have indo Chinese food still it won't reach 100 GM's a week . It's safer than Sugar stop and the RED colour they added in chicken fry. Please stop this practice of spreading propoganda MSG is bad. Its a taste n flavour enhancer .Nowadays every big restaurant uses maggi cubes, broth powder, Aromatic apices to enhance flavour which is an expensive version of MSG

@@abhigyandsa May be. Most health effects might not really exist. Still I feel that Tabasco can replace MSG. I also found that US FDA designated MSG as safe.

Hi, firstly, thanks for sharing the recipie, that looks so yummy. Could you please share the quantaties of ingridients used? Also.I tried using same ingridients but the coating keeps falling off. Is there anything that I am missing? Thanks in advance.
Corn flour and all purpose flour :- 1:3 And use less eggs. He just used 3 eggs for so much chicken. I am assuming you are making one serving, use only white of one single egg.
