Good luck on the build. I look forward to seeing you do it. Its something i may actually be interested in doing myself as i have been keeping my eyes open for a turbo rzr at auction for donor vehicle for turbo conversion. I nearly got one for $1200 back in January, but was out bided at the last second by $25.

It is slow going w house projects right now but rest assured I have amassed a pile of new parts. Ive also been shooting vids for other projects while not home. Cant exactly take the rzr to work with me either. Thanks for the feedback, let’s me know at least someone is following the build and to keep pushing for follow ups.

I am but as we know sometimes life crops up. I do have more of it disassembled but didn’t upload that as I figure most can tear one apart. I’m in talks with dirt dudes tv (another channel) to collect all old parts and sell to them.
Still piling parts and chipping away, had plenty time on quarantine but decided better to do floors since family wasn’t home for those days. Thanks for the comment, let’s me know that people are actually following it somehow.

How did you make out with the Sandcraft steering stabilizer? I am looking into using one for my RS1.

So it can be used but you’ll need a steering rack from a 72” wide turbo S. Or least that’s what I used. Reason is that the tie rod screws into the rack is different sizes for both units. Turbo S stabilizer bolts to the rs1 but the S is 72 wide while rs1 is 64”. So tie rods are too long. I have a picture somewhere showing the size difference in bolts, I think ones a 12mm and other is 14mm but it is in there. Been long time since I’ve had time to do any tube stuff but I’m getting there.
