@@Dmkjr I think that is a series cart. Does it have the Forward Neutral Reverse Handle down by the seat or Switch on the dash. IF its a series cart a motor gives you speed and a controller gives you torque unlike the sepex style carts.
I scrapped my batteries and installed 2 48 volt Eagle Lithium from Big Battery. My cart is 260lbs less and I cannot for the life of me go over 27mph. Is this due to the 440 Controller? I couldn't tell which settings you had on your phone from the video that you uploaded. Great video - I also have a Plum Quick Bandit upgrade, thanks to your other video, and it runs like it's in disabled or limp mode (6MPH). I have been recommended to purchase a new controller to resolve the probem. The Navitas has me interested but wondering if you know how it will perform without the special "dealer navitas app" you were using that lets you download the firmware for the specific bandit motor upgrade? If the Navitas app doesn't allow you set RPM or download new firmware, is it worth getting this controller? I don't really want the OTF controller - I'd love to just set it up for full performance and leave it. I wasn't expecting to purchase a new controller and trying to control expenses. Thanks in advance!
It's not "region". It's ReGen, short for regenerative braking and it has no effect on top speed or acceleration. It only controls pedal-up dynamic braking.

@@Fentertainment I’m brand new to this I just got it 2 days ago. So I’m looking for all the help I can get. I’d like more speed out of it and not to go so slow up a hill. Any advise you have I will gladly take.
@@Fentertainment how can I email you?
I have a 1990 club car ds 36 volt that I convert it to a 48volt. Can I use this ? It doesn’t have a computer.
Did you upgrade the solenoid if so which one
I didn't. I used the stock solenoid and wires when I did this. I used a aftermarket selonoid and wires when I converted it to ac.
@@Fentertainment Thanks!
what solenoid did you upgrade too and where did you purchase it
As a fellow Moncks Corner-Ian, have a few questions. Waiting on my Big Battery lithium, but I’ve updated to Navitas. Got about 1 mph out of it, but do you update the solenoid as well? Not sure I’m getting all the power to the motor. Rpm tops out around 38-3900rpm.
You gained 1 mph? Is your cart a series or sepex system?
@@Fentertainment 2015 TXT. Motor is a AU2500 FLT Speed
I have not changed the controller software. It’s on the 9.2 stock.
@@Dmkjr I think that is a series cart. Does it have the Forward Neutral Reverse Handle down by the seat or Switch on the dash. IF its a series cart a motor gives you speed and a controller gives you torque unlike the sepex style carts.
@@Fentertainment it has a forward and reverse toggle, not the old school movable lever.
The W's 😅🤣
I scrapped my batteries and installed 2 48 volt Eagle Lithium from Big Battery. My cart is 260lbs less and I cannot for the life of me go over 27mph. Is this due to the 440 Controller? I'm fine with the speed just was wondering If their was a parameter that i had set wrong. Thanks for the awesome videos
I couldn't tell which settings you had on your phone from the video that you uploaded. I will say to make sure the tires are inflated properly, No brakes are dragging when you push it, the front wheel bearing are greased properly and down that windshield. I know I hate the cold weather also.. The 440 controller will reach the same top speed as the 600 but will take it a little longer to get there. Get those batteries fully charged and try it again with the windshield down if you can bare it.
@@Fentertainment Thank you for the response! I did bend a spindle slightly, bent it back, installed new bearing but its not perfect. I built a G2 with a 23hp vegas motor and guess that im just disappointed that my DS isnt as quick. Oh well, fast enough I guess! Thanks again sir
I am trying to get the app and no luck
If you have facebook, Join GCMod. Tell them you seen my video and ask for the dealer app. I'm also over there, Its where I like to hang out.
I am also trying to access this app. I’ve searched for GCMod but haven’t found a matching group. Could it be “golf carts modified”?
I just bought the 440 and im having all kind of issues with the app. I dont have the dealer app but would like it. I can't seem to get it to connect and work properly. The speedometer never works on it. I bought it thinking I could adjust settings with the app so so far I'm disappointed. Any advice?
Send navitas a message asking for the dealer app. Once you get it you will be able to adjust the settings.
Great video and great editing! I have a 2008 CC Precedent. Same lift kit and wheels tire size 23". Stock motor with 400amp Alltrax with dash controller. I get 29mph consistently. It will break tires loose easily on sand dirt when taking off. So the extra money spent on Plum Quick motor and extra money to go from 400amp to 600amp controller seem to be wasted.
What model?
Is there a controller for a Yamaha golf cart?
Yes, I plan on doing an ac swap to one soon as well
@@Fentertainment I will be looking forward to that. Thank you.
@@donaldorlopp6798 which yamaha do you have?

Would changing from a DC motor to AC motor be even better ?
I made a video on that as well. However to answer your question. Better? I guess that would be your opinion after the swap. The ac conversion is more efficient that dc, Higher top end speed and generally doesnt loose speeds up hills. However it is more on the price side. Its all up to you.
Fentertainment you get what you pay for. Superior Efficiency and power is worth the price.
Fentertainment I’m interested in lithium too. How much do they cost to power a 48V cart?

Do they make an a/c conversion kit for a 2002 yamaha g19 golf cart?
So, where's burn out mode?
It's not "region". It's ReGen, short for regenerative braking and it has no effect on top speed or acceleration. It only controls pedal-up dynamic braking.
It also puts energy back into the batteries
Thats how hybrid vehicles work.
The most reliable way to speed up your cart is gears and speed motor you can easily get it up to 30mph
Do you have to have the OFC or can you do it all thru the app?
You can do it through the app, the ofc is basically what it says. I can adjust the settings while moving and the cart responds instantly.
Torque?
My green light is flashing.
