The hole is needed for clearance because of the connector depth. The wire and connector stay on the other side. I’d like to see an exact fit cutting out only 3 sides leaving a hinged flap on the bottom.
Do you need to replace any other parts if you have a new motor already with the rest oem . I want a navitas d controller now, will I need to upgrade anything else when installing? Thanks
My club car cuts out while driving. I changed speed sensor and mcor but problem is still happening. Does this have anything to do with it? I have a new set of batteries! While driving at regular speed it while sputter almost to a stop then i let i sit for awhile and i can drive for about 5 mins and problem starts again please help????????????
@@dyoel182 Will this be a plug and play kind of setup? Would you happen to know roughly how much more speed this will give my cart? Any help will be grateful. Thank you!

Is it me or did he cut that hole for nothing? The hole was cut in the wrong location and the plug didn’t even go through the hole that was cut.
Yeah, that was piss poor. Also use an oscillating tool for a clean cut on plastics.
Lmao
Yes I was like that's a great template till I saw this nightmare..!
Do not let this guy touch your golf cart, until he can explain that hack job!!
I was literally thinking why the hell did he cut that ... even still could have made it a flap but it wasn't needed at all

Navitas says you have to put in a HD solenoid and 2 AWG cables. How come nobody mentions this when upgrading the controller?
You are correct! This video was just a basic video to show a simple installation of the Navitas controller but thanks for watching!

Ineed repleace controller yamaha G19, model new thanks
The Navitas controller instructions state to remove the pre-charge resistor. However, you video does not cover that. Is it required?
Have you had any success with the Bluetooth app ? It’s a nightmare
Is this a good brand

Sweet cutout man. What other wisdom u got?
Can this work on 36 volt 1997 ezgo txt?
Hello! I have a 2000 Club car, will this device improve my speed?
Yes. It does two thing, increases amps to the motor for more speed power and controls its own speed rather than the factory speed sensor.

@@my66k Any idea what speed level you're currently in?
What can one do with the bluetooth connection?
The bluetooth connection allows you to connect to the Navitas mobile app. The app provides information on you golf carts performance and more.
Precedent. Not President:)
