Handy tutorial, thank you - especially the "What not to do" sections. ;-)
I'm in the middle of replacing my Zwift Ride bars with 44 cm Kitchen Sink (no loop) bars. I haven't put the top and bottom grips on yet, nor the bar wrap, as I want to do a Zwift test ride first to check position of the hoods/Zwift controllers, and the rotation of the bars. Will post an update when he whole job is finshed!
One noticeable thing I've realised is that if the replacement bars have different geometry, this affects the position of the hoods (flat/sloped, flared out/vertical). It looks like your hoods are sightly differently positioned after the bar replacement (not just because of the cable length issue).

@@KajsaTylen thanks. I finished the installation shortly after posting my message above, did a test ride on Zwift, adjusting things as needed, and then wrapped the bars. Today's Zwift ride was very comfortable, and I'll just rotate the bars about 5 degrees.
One piece of advice for anyone reading this is that, depending on whether you install the Drop Grips, regular wrap may not be long enough. I used Redshift's Really Long Bar Tape (315 cm, compared to typical roll of bar tape of about 200 cm). Even though I used the Drop Grips (so started wrapping 10 cm up the bar), I used 180 cm. I had read that both sides could be wrapped with one roll, but that wasn't the case. I'd recommend anyone "dummy wrap" before removing the sticky tape cover. If I'd known I couldn't use one roll for both sides, I'd have wrapped much more closely to make it more cushy.
Anyway, all done now and having ridden with hands on tops, hoods and drops, it's much more comfortable than a regular "round" bar.

Leave it to the puppy to come in all cheeky like and wee in the background, haha. I'm really looking forward to putting these on my road bike- I'm a bigger guy, and traditional drop bars are hard for me to work with- the angles on this bar should fit the bill.

We need to hear the full track used in the intro. I imagine after the riser and voice sample there is a thumping beat building up to an amazing synth lead. Hopefully it will be used in Kasja the movie.
