Thank you for the video! I love cables so cables everywhere is just a dream. I am less fan of mosaic because it has the tendency to pull the fabric a little bit (personal experience and preference only!). Slipovers are so versatile and quick to knit!
I trip out how some designers, like Andrea Mowry can release soooo many patterns in such a short time frame, while most of us are still knitting on one of her designs from a year ago. Agree with that star quilt , can’t even get into it. Loved the pillow case by Laura Penrose but then I got quickly over saturated!
I pattern tested an amazing pair of blankets for MarinJa knits two years ago - Strata and Quinn's Quilt - which were both like 4 triangle shawls seamed together into a square. Laura Penrose's Sweet Shop blanket and then her quilt star range came last year and were a similar 'join as you go' construction. Beautiful. Interesting - though l find intarsia annoying. However l agree that one such item would be enough!
@@helenlayley I took on an intarsia knitted cardigan project, the Videira, for my son because he loves the style , the entanglements , good lord! AND it is all purl stitches 😝 Sure is gorgeous and cozy though. As to quilt patterns, I love the look of actual quilts a bit better, some day I will sew one 🤞 That shawl you knit sounds beautiful, gotta check it out! Getting ready for the Mkal by Stephen West but there’s always room for more shawls!
@@marinkelmoon2866 you would probably enjoy Marin's Positive Vibrations shawl. Lots of waves of colour done with short rows. Marin Melchior, MarinJa Knits.
I love every trend here! Thanks for highlighting them!
I really learned a lot from this video. Thank you so much!

Yes, tensioning mosaic can be tricky, just like stranded!

I like that Hesper shawl, I could see myself doing that, but anything that involves stranded colorwork flat is an auto NO!

The pollen sweater pattern in not in your Ravelry bundle. Can you give the spelling of the name and the designer? Thanks!
I knew there was one I forgot! It's there now: Polina by Teti Lutsak
Just subscribed because I totally agree that the quilt star “thing” is way over done! LOL
I love the sweater that you wore for this episode. What is the name of the pattern?
That is my Open Edge Tee by Jessie Mae. Mine is sleeveless (because I ran out of yarn 😂😂)
