you must be wondering: for someone who thirst for knowedge--as has been proven by his approval sometimes when you ask questions--why would solas advise against pursuing Vir'Abelasan? He didn't think he could persuade Abelas but later at the Well he persuaded Abelas to give up--so easily. He must have at least known he has the chance to talk Abelas into giving up to even try.
Given the dev team admiration for he character as they wrote her in, I imagine she survives the events of Inquisition regardless of your choices and shows up in 4... most likely in league with Dorian who has kinda-same views on Tevinter.
@@ВладиславШаклеин-ч7м IMO it would be kind of insane for Dorian to align with a Tevinter imperialist like Calpernia, especially after all of the awful things the Venatori did in Inquisition. But it would be cool to see her in the next DA game as she was a complex antagonist, much better than the poorly written Samson.
@@Tlevids I wouldn't call her an "Imperialist" per se, it's hard to be one with a background like hers. She does seem very patriotic towards Tevinter though, something she shares with Dorian, and while Venatori are guilty of henious crimes, Calpernia herself, as a person, seems at least honorable and far from heartless, given her slave policy. Some rethinking on her life choices and we can get a good character, though I don't really see her as a villian anymore. Also, do note how the rest of Venatori follow her and withdraw, implying their loyalty is with her over the backstabber like Corypheus. A lot of them probably joined wishing to relive the glory days of Tevinter, and what they did - acceptable means to achieve it, Tevinter people in general are hardly saints.
@@ВладиславШаклеин-ч7м The Venatori are a Tevinter supremacist group that is striving to weaken the southern nations in order to return Tevinter to its former glory. Calpernia is a Tevinter nationalist, supremacist, and imperialist through and through and this is reflected in the ideologies and actions of her organisation. The fact that she is against slavery in Tevinter makes her a somewhat more complex and interesting villain, but not any less of an imperialist. Her dialogue implies that she believes in a meritocratic system in which people are granted power according to their abilities rather than their birth (as such, intelligent and/or magically-inclined ex-slaves would be able to rise up the ranks and use their potential to benefit Tevinter). But if anything, this would most likely serve Tevinter imperialistic interests rather than contradict them by having the best minds in positions of power who are better equipped to restore Tevinter hegemony in Thedas.

oooooooooooooooo did Abalas just call solas "One of our own." ? OwO
If you played through as a dalish elf you will know why thats surprising!
I'll do a dalish playthrough ;]
Lithiel might he be referring to the mark instead?
Gram P It's possible. He could also be prefering to the mark on your face if you chose mythals tatoos. Keep up the awesome work Letalis
VERY nice catch.Man..Most of us had no idea..
This is why I like doing the Templar side, Calpurnia seems like a cool character.
Underdeveloped IMO, but yeah, her questline has so much potential - moreso given that the next installment is to take place in Tevinter.
@@freshmarex3538 Well she has a book to develop her more + I really hope shes a companion in DA 4.
@@Dark_VoiceI’m hoping for this and barris
I didn't even know she existed until today.

@@ВладиславШаклеин-ч7м hardly with Dorian. They have quite opposite agenda, even as they both want reform.
Am sorry but the way the Inquisitor just yeets that scroll took me by surprise,
Killing her then or sparing her to go confront Corypheus is almost the same thing.
She's unlikely to be dead in either scenario.
how did you get Calpernia to appear instead of Samson?
helped the templars instead of the mages
How do you get that armor
It's DLC, you get a basic version of it relevant to your class and a weapon starting the game then you eventually get every item's schematic at tier 2
2 years late I appreciate, but the DLC CF123456 mentioned is the Jaws of Hakkon
damn, she is very attractive
Yes but to me I don’t like the gap in the teeth. It wouldn’t stop me but I still wouldn’t like it
