So what happens to that poor ladies arm when the clutch on that press let's go and runs in continuous? No guarding, no safety glasses, no hearing protection. Many of these processes could not only be made safer, but also sped up with automatic parts feeders. This is disgraceful manufacturing.

I don't think anyone loses their arms. From my observation you need both hands to operate the machine so I doubt they can lose their arms.
