Lack of confidence even though I have the right answer infront of me. Having doubt on how to explain it was one of the major weakness that I'm happy to overcome. The way I surpass it, is by receiving the right set of coaching and developing a proper mindset. All it takes is being open to feedback and recognizing that weakness to be able to overcome it. Even mistakes needs to be recognize or understand because otherwise you will not improve unless we understand what needs to be improve.
I overthink things too much. So what I did is, I take a deep breath and analyze the problem. And then after analyzing the problem, I provide a better solution.
You can share this weakness of yours, just make sure to use POSITIVE SCRIPTING and that you are willing to do something to turn this weakness into power. :)
My weakness is being an introvert that made me not to be confident and because of that I can not able to open ideas but I am willing to be criticised and open for personal development.
My weakness is sometimes i'm getting stuttering when i am nervous to explain with someone. But i'm willing to something change that this weakness turn to power.
I remember the day when i was in the hot seat, its my first time to apply in a bpo... Im talking about the final interview.. the interviewer ask me the same question, and i said, weakness doesn't exist to me, i said, for me weakness is just an illusion. No matter how hard the situation is or no matter how hard the job is, as along as your willing to put you heart and mind on it/ stay focus,,, everything is possible.. and ayun nakuha ko yung job order.. mag sisismula nako this comming aug 25....😊
Hello i want to apply but suddenly my highschool diploma i use my father's surname but suddenly when i see my psa my surname there is my mother's surname but my fathers name and surname are also in my psa can i still use that
Hi Metapips' new subscriber here. I want to ask if I can answer this as my weakness. My weakness is that I'm afraid of communicating /speaking in English as I am a grammar conscious because in my 10 years experience at my previous job we don't usually speak in English Language every day. But now I am practicing and watching videos to enhance this weakness of mine. As a challenge to my self it gives me confidence to apply in a call center industry to give it a try that I can do it and work for it. Still practicing my Q&A part as a CC Aspirant 😊 Hope to hear feedback po from Metacom 😍

My weaknesess is that i can be overly critical of my own work,to address this I am actively working on improving by seeking constructive feedbacks..
My weakness is being crucial about myself. I sometimes doubt myself. But I overcome it by believing that is part of the progress to improve myself.
