      I think it’s more than that because there are a bunch of copycat channels on YT rn doing that and they aren’t nearly as good as Channel 5. I see Andrew as a true journalist and one who isn’t motivated by corporate interests like a lot of reporters have to be. He covers areas of the culture that nobody else will.

    • @JesusDiaz-pb8wp
      @JesusDiaz-pb8wp 2 ปีที่แล้ว +20

      People have legitimate reasons to criticize going to college, but I think some people overlook the fact that the college experience offers more than just a degree. It’s a great opportunity to meet all sorts of different people with different backgrounds, perspectives, beliefs, etc., open your mind to a variety of different experiences and skills, and it all happens in a unique setting where most people are getting their first taste of independence and adulthood away from their parents and home. If you look at it this way, you might realize you’re getting more out of your degree than you might think. I probably could be doing what I’m doing now without a degree, but I absolutely don’t ever regret getting it.

    • @BillyOatmeal
      @BillyOatmeal 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      @@JesusDiaz-pb8wp What you are talking about is something I expected when I went to college, but in the age of cell phones and such I didn't have that experience. It's not that I didn't talk to people, but it really just ends up being small talk since everybody seems to have something going on. 10 years later, I don't even remember anybody I went to college with. All my good friends were made while chasing my passions for life.

    It’s like he’s a therapist, continually asking “why” so that people actually verbalize and sort through their thoughts. And once it’s all out in the open, they’re forced to reflect on their reasoning. So often, you realize how silly or strange the things you think actually are once you’re saying them out loud. It’s a fantastic approach.

    Loved this interview, thanks Anthony. Could have lasted longer, would have loved to hear your talk more about Andrew's obvious passion for rap! Thanks again.

    Usually don’t watch these interviews, but this one caught my attention. Andrew is going to be an exciting person to watch blow up. He’s already working with Tim & Eric, that is crazy

    Wow, I really thought that Andrew made it out to record every big event but he missed the January 6th coverage. Like, it just didn’t work out logistically or something. And now it comes out that the Tim And Eric movie is about it. He just doesn’t miss.
