Hey guys, I am new to the courier game and having moved to a new location I am still finding my way around. I am loving this app for how easy it makes things and how well it integrates with both Waze and Google Maps. Question for you, how do I reset the start and end locations? It keeps defaulting to the very first one that I ever used whenever I create a new route and I want to change it to my depot.
HI Lacey and Jimmy! Great to hear that you love the app so much. In answer to your question:
- In your route, press 'edit route'
- Tap the blank field where you see 'start location' or 'end location'
- You can enter the address of the start/ end location or choose your current location

@@CircuitApp G'day, yes I know how to change it, but I want to remove the default location that it keeps inserting. It was from the very first time I used the app and now it keeps defaulting to that location. There must be a way to remove this location for good?

I have 4 tata ace and I am not able to make rout plan can it help me a little bit so that I can plan well
i want to use for a school bus route, but it wants to change the order i have my stops in. some kind of optimization. and another question, will the map stay open all the time from stop to stop? i dont want to change screens. if it works i will subscribe
Hi Yelnats, Circuit is route optimization software, so it will always reorder your stops to give you the most efficient route, based on traffic at that time of day, amongst other things. Yes, the map stays open so that you do not need to change screens. Hope that helps! - Angela
@@CircuitApp didnt help. dont need optimized routes because its a school bus route, we will travel the same road twice, picking up on bith sides, not letting kids cross the road. its a bummer rit wont work, we have over 100 buses and this would have been great
I can't figure how to use this app. Marked all my stops and need them every day and it just won't work. It's even added fla on my route and I'm no where near fla.

I can't figure how to use this either in the route I put in I don't want it changed or it will mess up my route. I can't even get a route that I put in to come up. Just disappointed in all the work I put into listing these streets and stops.
No importing multiple stop at once?
Not yet, although this feature is in the roadmap! Keep your eyes peeled
