I assume the state or the city on city streets and highways which probably means more tax if it’s on a toll road, you probably have to pay before getting on the road

The bump is really nice? A force of attraction that slows down car, instead of able to jump? It is cheaper than cement hump? If robotic the Stripe Hog? Just shooting water and moving around like the robotic cleaner?
The bridge to install and remove takes longer than the time to do the road repairs for that section of road...
It could allow for more in-depth longer-duration repairs for the road, though.

Putting wind turbines next to the road will only make cars use more gas. That energy needs to come from somewhere and it comes from the cars.
No, the energy is already being generated by the cars but its not being harnessed and it is going to waste - the turbines will simply harness it. Solar panels don't use more sun, do they?

The Swiss temporary bridge to fix the road below it is the most idiotic "solution": in LESS time it takes to construct and dismantle that bridge, which stops traffic, you can close the road for one night to fix it at a fraction of the cost. Tell me if I am wrong.
