Now, if you're moving to Catalonia, Valencia or Galicia, for instance, you can "afford" taking your time studying the reginoal languages, since they are similar to Spanish/Castilian, but if you plan to move to Basque Country forget about getting a job in the public administration... But that's okay; Israeli signs are all printed in Hebrew, Arabic, and English. Kind of hard to get turned around. Unless, as I said, you put an effort into it.

They are right. Arabs should also have forced conscription, why should the enjoy Israels security without equally contributing.
