I was born an bred in the potteries,moved to Cornwall 20yrs ago,used to walk down Uttoxeter Rd everyday,never seen St James's looking so clean,it's nice to see someone giving S-O-T a positive spin,liked your Parkers butchers footage too,it used to be pennywise didn't it,and the smithsons vid was like a timewarp,great work me duck👍🏻

Nice to see the old town where I grew up. I got married at St. James nearly 25 years ago, great to see the church in such lovely upkeep. I do enjoy visiting the old town and reminiscing the days of my youth but work took me abroad. Thanks for the video, and yes fella we're watching :) Liked and Subscribed. All the best Lyndon.
Great to see that Hudson & Middletons may see a use again. It's a terrific place & of course where the last ever bottle oven firing took place. Gladstone didn't have one in good enough condition, so H&M's was used - well it was close enough! I worked there at weekends & school hols when I was 15 to 16 (late 1972 to early1974) & have some very happy memories of the place.

Hi SPJ, thanks for watching and commenting. It's a DJI Mini SE. At the very low end of their offering but it does exactly what I want. Obviously I'd love a better one, 4K and zoom would be nice, so would collision avoidance 🤣🤣🤣 but funds are not bottomless so I have to make do👍

My first job in 1966 was at W & J Wass Transport in Goddard Street, as a 15 year old, it was a real culture shock !!
